Mausam is being over-promoted! Every day, there are atleast half a dozen articles or write-up's related to either the film, the director or the main leads!
Just hope, all the over-exposure doesn't harm the prospects of the film! If you see the recent trend, films that were not talked about before their release have done exceedingly well and films that have been in news have tanked!
The film does look good, but the expectations are way too high for a Shahid Kapoor and Sonam starrer! Hence, if the film falls even a bit short of expectations, everyone is going to rip it apart!

Good expectations. Two songs of Mausam ' Rabba and Saj Dhaj Ke ' are already big hits. The other songs are also gaining popularity. Craze about the film is building up and there is curiosity among the audiences, especially given the fact that the movie has been directed by actor Shahid Kapoor's father, Pankaj Kapur.
