Yeah a Father- Child ( especially Daughter) relationship is the most wonderful relationship in this world. I will call up Dad and I miss him a lot but Pray to GOD that Mom Dad will always be Happy wherever they are. 😆 and GOD Bless Our Parents Always.

Lata, true Father-Daughter relationship is very beautiful & cannot be expressed in words but after marriage if u get a loving & caring FIL that is even more rewarding & wonderful! I guess I'm one of the lucky ones to have a very loving FIL, who just dotes on me & I too love & respect him a lot. Today happens to be his 80th b'day. Though he is miles away fr me, I wish him good health & life.😊

People do not forget father's achievement while celebrating Mother's day. In 1909, somebody suggest that should build up Father's day.

As the story goes, the first person who brought forward this suggestion is Washington's wife- JohnBruceDiode. Diode's mother died early, her father took the charge of bringing-up and teaching the children. In order to thanks to her father, Diode hold a celebration in 1909. At the same time, thinking of all the fathers' contribution to the family and society, she wrote to a gownsman association, suggesting that the third Sunday of June as Father's day. The association submitted this suggestion to all the associators and passed at last.

In 1910's June, people celebrate the first father's day. That time, people whose father has died adorned a white rose, others adorned a red rose. This consuetude comes down till now. At the beginning, date of Father's day was different from countries until 1934's June. USA congress stipulated that the third Sunday of June to be Father's day.

Since, almost 20 countries all over the world celebrates Father's day by church ceremony, sending cards and sending gifts. American pays about five thousand and six hundred million on these gifts to their respective fathers. Many people think choosing gifts for father is difficulty, actually, the most funny and appropriate gift to father is making them happy.

No matter what he's always supported you. He's a gem of a Dad...........
