Dr. Ashutosh is an adopted son of a professor who Dies & leaves the much beloved house of theirs for his real Grand daughter who happens to be Nidhi .Dr Ashutosh hates that unknown Grand Daughter of his dad.
This stays as a bitter experience in his life & leaves some bitterness in him as well. Then he meets Nidhi whom he thinks of a careless, irresponsible person , but soon starts feeling that she is so full of life & starts falling for her , but the age Gap remains the biggest of his worries.
