For Friday's Bhajan Episode - I thought we heard some exceptional singing from Niladri Chatterjee...

'Aisi Laagi Lagan' was so brilliantly rendered by Niladri that it brought tears to my eyes... It was a flawless performance that connected directly with my heart... The variations he brought in with all the laykari, and taans was amazing...

I think it will stand out as one of the top 3 performances of the season!! Way to go Niladri !!

NILADRI WAS OUTSTANDING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! - I too had tears in my eyes when I heard him sing this song. Simply WOW!!!!!!

Niladri put his heart & soul in aisee laagi lagan meera ho gayee ... I closed my eyes while he was singing and it felt as an experienced & matured singer was singing. Haven't heard anybody taking that many harkets and murkeeya before! He is an exceptional kid and a wonderful singer. He sings Mana day's songs with perfection and honestly believe that he has a very bright future ahead of him.
