hey guys,

2 months back i started gaining a lot of weight so i started a diet.No wheat,only fruits and veggies .i lost 6 kg's in 1.5 months but during ramadan i coudnt continue and now i am starting again!!!

guys,could u post some diet plans so we can take help from it

I have read all google tips and diet plan but i was wonderin u could help me out?

and koi baat nahi i'm fat too!
i would suggest u to eat a small amount(really small) of everything. just cheese, chocolates, candies, butter and foods as such ko cancel karo. carbs kam khao, keep goin with fruits and veggies. snack with carrots or cucumbers and DRINK PLENTY OF WATER!

never tried myself cuz i'm a foodie! hope i helped!😊

Meepha mujhe bhi dieting karni hai...I gained 5 kgs on my holiday to India, and I wannaa looose!!
