I agree Myra, Dev is not happy doing whatever he did. His pain was clearly shown; his heart was being torn in to shreds when he took someone else's name and not his wife's name. It must have been excruciatingly painful for him to take such a decision because it is against his mind, just because he doesn't want his wife to be humiliated.

But what he did was wrong and cannot be overlooked. He saved Radhika from insults today, now what? Will he live his life like this? He prayed after immersing DDjee's ashes that he hopes that he never ever does any injustice to people. But he did the biggest injustice today and shattered many lives. How can he ever accept Rads now? Even if he wishes to, how can he? Why did he completely ruin Barkha's life? By saying that Barkha is RPtian, he has accepted publicly that barkha is his wife! Obviously people would assume that they have actual husband-wife relations, which is NOT true! Imagine Barkha's life after this mess? Where would she stand? What would she be called? If Rads can be called so many names because she had lived in PF as Rohan's wife, what would be Barkha's condition? Wouldn't she be called the same if Dev decides to tell the truth one day!??

One thing that stung me bad was Dev took this decision because his weak mind couldn't tolerate the insults that could be thrown at Radhika, had she stepped up to be the RPtian. And thus he asked Barkha to come!? Did he even realize what he did? For protecting his wife, he ruined Barkha's life! Because he was feared of people's wrath at his Radhika...because he was scared of people's wrath at the RP legacy...he chose to make Barkha, a scapegoat? Why? What was her fault? Fine, she did lie...but was her lie so big that he chose to gave her such a big punishment??

After this, accepting Radhika becomes really difficult for him. Does he intend to remain like this forever? I mean, he is married actually to Rads but keeps pretending to be married to Barkha?

Tomorrrow people will ask for RP's baby what would he do? Will he declare his and Rads baby as Barkha's?

Dev has created a huge mess. Agreed, people would have shouted, screamed to pull down the RPship...but atleast Dev would have told that he is standing strong for the righteousness. That he knows, Rohan and Rads never had any sort of relations. Rohan at this point can't go against the Dev because Padma won't forgive him ever in that case, for lying about his relation with Rads! He would have faced stones, hardships and all troubles...but as one says...when you walk the path of rigteousness, things never seem easy...but the end result is always sweet. The path Dev took now is of wrong, which seems easy...but he has pulled himself in to a deeper puzzle!
