I too found the mother in DABH very irrational for being angry at son for buying pendant for wife to be. What is the CVs are trying to put across the mssg. with this show I do not know? Show has all the spices for TRP i.e., Rascism, patriotism, love and romance, destiny called, kitchen politics.

In today's world, Sas do not have time for Bahu and vice versa. Both are engaged in their jobs and managed to their home in very friendly manner.

I am surprised why they do not show the wrong customs that still exist in India to make the story line for eg. dowry demand by the groom family. I really hate this culture. Channels should promote these stories to eradicate this culture from the villages and cities.

Hello, you are trying to divert my talk to a general critical discussion. I am not interested in it . sorry dear.

I had posted almost same post to a negetive sus/bahu drama forum. I have got to the the point response. Because they has got my point and some of them strongly agree with me and some of them tried to show logic behind those sus /bahu stories. Gulaal is a drama which was kind of free from sus/bahu drama, so reader here really could not understand my point. when I said same thing in a Sas /bahu drama site they respond to it to the point.

Because they also think it need awareness. Though they themselves are watching those drama, but at the same time they want to see better thing to overcome this class of entertainment and they want to upgrade the entertainment class😊

I do not need any support dear. I am already getting it, without any try.I would say now a days too busy and rarely getting chance to come to the forum. But you make the discussion so complecated and at national level that I have got head ache. You were writing at research level. This forum is bit light headed and we come here to discuss things with little lighter head.At list I come here to discuss things with little lighter way, even when I am discussing a big problem. Please visite same post I have posted in DABH forum. I just deleted the Gulaal bit. The output is really different from our Gulaal forum and people have put many views. Gulaal's MIL and FIL both were quite mordern. The last misunderstanding and patch up was for different issue. Gulaal was a modern story in rural context. .

You may enjoy to write few lines to help me defend pathetic Sus bahu. It is also going as a healthy debate in DABH forum and quite interesting way, but interestingly different people are trying to justify DABH story line. I never being offensive to any drama.

You are exactly on the track I wanted to convey my message. Thanks !!!! I wanted to present a general issue of SUS bahu drama in Indian television, which need modification from the root.

I have withdrawn my comment about you, because I think there is a miscommunication. You did not point out what you are suggesting. But I found one comment from Gman which is very relevent and supporting your previous post. And I did understand now your POV via Gman. You are just describing national problem and bad things in the society and I could not relate it how it is related to this discussion. But after reading a short note from Gman on the other forum same topic, I did get your point as well.. Sorry for hurting you. I completely misunderstood you
