Purab says to the couple " You have misunderstood me. Meenakshi is a very good friend of mine. She is not my fiance." Meenakshi interrupts "Purab is a very good friend of mine but even I haven't met his mystery woman". Purab smiles and say "Oh! I was just about to introduce to her…..". He turns around to Jassi to find her gone. Purab is stunned and confused. Meenakshi asks him where she is. He apologizes and says that he will introduce her soon. Jassi has gone to bebe and Amrit. Billu and Nandu comes towards them. Billu asks Amrit who is disturbing her. Amrit asks "who" & is looking confused. Billu gives the description. Amrit tells him that veeru must be making it up to get the drinks. Billu realizes what has happened. Nandu also run to get more drinks. Billu stares at the running nandu and goes after him. Jassi sees a blushing Amrit and comments on it. Amrit just smiles and says that she hopes Purab and Jassi's love would also be like that. Jassi doesn't look so convinced that it would turn out like that.

Mean while Purab is being dragged around by meenakshi. Purab is looking really uncomfortable. Jassi is watching him in a distant. The gang also comments on it. Ruby mom explains that Meenakshi is a good friend. Maria adds that then Meenakshi is Jassi's enemy. Then some boys band starts singing. Everybody is enjoying. After they are finished Purab shown still searching for Jassi. He even asks a servant. Meenakshi comes and says how he has changed so much. That his ideal woman wasn't the type who would hide. Purab gets angry and says that she has changed also. That she never use to joke so much before. Meenakshi tells him to chill. She says that in a party isn't a friend allowed to joke around with another friend. Purab relax and agrees then he excuses himself. He was about to leave when Meenakshi says that not every thing is a joke. Purab is shocked. Then he suddenly asks her that why does she so badly want to meet his fiance. Meenakshi explains that she wants to see that what does she has that she herself doesn't have. Purab nods. He leaves by saying that she has a good sense of humor. The gang her staring at a yellow haired girl dancing on the floor. Maria wants to go and comment. The gang stops her. Suddenly Maithele goes to this girl and starts admiring her dress and says how pretty she is looking. She asks that girl if her clothes are from LT. The girl nods her head and leaves . The gang stares at her surprised. Maithele explains that LT stands for the local tailor. They start laughing. Maria suddenly sees Armaan (he was looking good). Her mouth falls. She tells the gang. Nazreen starts saying how she has to much drinks and has gone bonkers. Ruby mom also sees Armaan. Then Maithlele followed by Veeru. Maithele points at Armaan's direction and finally Nazreen believe that Armaan is there at last.

Even Purab sees Armaan and goes towards him. He welcomes him to the party. Armaan smiles and say that no way was he going to miss such a big day for Jassi and Purab. On the other side of room Meenakshi is meeting the guests. She meets this lady whose daughter hair colour is blue. Even then Meenakshi comments to the lady that she has a beautiful daughter. Then she bumps into Nandu who spill drinks on Meenakshi arms. He starts flirting around with her. Says that his melted heart has fallen on her (I think). Meenakshi comments how she didn't expect him to do shaeriyi and all. Nandu thanks her for giving 3T the contract. Meenakshi then wants to leave. She says that she wants to wipe out his melted heart. Nandu stops her and then rushes to get some tissues. Just then Jassi comes with tissues and hands her. Meenakshi seems surprised to find her there. She comments how she didn't expect Purab to invite his rivals. Jassi says that rivalry is not the only relationship. Meenakshi says that this is true. And adds how after a girl meeting Purab would definitely want to have more than a business relationship with him. Jassi stares at her shocked. Meenakshi then gives her example. That she met Purab because of business but then wanted to be his friend. That after she met him she knew this is the man she wanted to marry. And she is madly in love with him. At the other side of the house there is a moment of silence between Armaan and Purab. Purab comment that after a long time they are actually meeting as friends and not enemies. Armaan smiles and says that yesterday is gone. And that today they have come to celebrate for tomorrow. Purab says how it's a new beginning for him. Armaan says it is for him to as he stole Jassi from Gulmohur. Purab face falls. Armaan explains that he didn't mean him but Gulmohur. He asks where Jassi is. Suddenly Purab gets embarrassed. He is about to say something when somebody calls Armaan so the conversation ends.

Meanwhile Menkashi and Jassi conversation continues. Jassi definitely wants to run away. Meeanski keeps on talking about love and Purab. Just then Purab finally finds Jassi. He goes toward and tells Meenakhsi how she has finally met Jassi. Meenakshi says that he has a very bad memory and that she knows Jassi. Purab says that she should start knowing Jassi better as she is his fiance. He puts his arm around her. Meenakshi reaction is that she is ready to cry. Just Armaan joins them and on seeing Meenakshsi's face says that she must know the good news. He adds that Jassi has many good qualities which people take time to discover. Meenakshi nods her head and congratulate Jassi. She leaves to collect her senses. Armaan than says that he will leave to as he doesn't want to be the keebaab in hadhi. Purab says that its nothing like that. Armaan smiles and add that they look good together and leave. Jassi and Purab are talking. Meenakshi stares at them with jealousy written all over her face. She then announces to the crowd how she wants to make a toast to Purab. That at last he has found his ideal. That Jassi is that ideal woman. Then she starts talking utter nonsense. She tells that the crowd how this love has changed every thing. That Purab has changed for Jassi. He has forgotten every thing around him. She ends the speech by congratulating them. Jassi looks hurt. Bebe , Amrit and Billu aren't looking too happy. Purab tries to safe the situation by thanking the crowd. He also thanks Meenakshi but with an annoyed look. He adds that they should have some music. Meenakshi agrees and says that the first one to dance should be Purab and Jassi. Billu doesn't at all look happy. Jassi tries to back out. But Purab insists that she can do it. He puts his arms around her and tries to lead Jassi. Jassi looks really embarrassed and keeps backing out. Purab tell her to relax and says that she is doing it fine. Jassi says nervously how everybody is staring at her. Nandu can see how uncomfortable Jassi is. He looks angry. He gets an idea and whispers something to Veeru. Suddenly the music changes into a fast one. Nandu comes to the dance floor and says that all of them should be dancing. The gang agrees. Then he goes toward Jassi and starts dancing with her. Purab goes away. He looks annoyed. Jassi wants to talk to him but he doesn't really goes towards her. Meenakshi comes towards him and says that he is left alone again. Purab tells her annoyed that he is not left alone that. And that he thought she was his friend but she has proven that she is not by making that stupid speech. Meenakshi says defensively that at least as a friend she has the guts to tell him the truth. That Jassi isn't his ideal woman. Jassi has comes towards them and is listening to them. Meenakshi then says that it is she who is like is ideal woman not Jassi. Then Jassi comes towards them and tell Purab that she is right. That Jassi had enough of the party today. And Jassi can never be like Purab's ideal woman. Purab tries to say that Meenakshi was joking but Jassi leaves. Meenakshi says sarcastically that at least Jassi has senses in her like Purab's ideal women.

Purab turns after Jassi but then stops in mid way. He goes back and tells Meenakshi that she can never be his ideal woman and never was. Jassi goes to Armaan as he is the first person she sees. She tells him that she wants to be dropped home. Armaan tries to says no but Jassi begs him. He agrees. They starts walking towards the main agate when Purab just comes in time to see them. Armaan sees Purab. He goes out first. Jassi also turns around to see Purab. Purab stares at her with every sad eyes. Jassi leaves and Purab is left alone.

I remember how once Jassi was imagining dancing with Armaan in a disco. She looked really happy then. I guess Meenakshi's influence is having an effect on both of them Purab and Jassi. It was really dumb of her to leave the party like that. And even more dumb of Purab to stop and not to run after Jassi in the end. Jass should also remember that at the end of the day it was she who Purab fell in love with not Meenakshi.

By the way todays episode was stupidest of the one in the whole serial. but judging from the on going story, I belive there are more episode lined up for the title.

After reading,I think it's one of the most realistic episodes after a long time with normal human reactions.No one at fault but human emotions can make one feel vulnerable.Lovely episode and a fantastic update,Deadly.

I agree with you Minnie. We get to see all the sides of the story and that is why we made the judgements that Jassi was unfair to Purab, but if we put ourselves in Jassi's shoes we would have done the same thing i.e. felt low and walked away.

We cannot compare ourself to jassi. As they have always potrayed jassi as a person who thinks about her loved ones first and then herself...then why can't she understand purab or why did she not go to her father or mom...

I know if it was us we would have walked away as it makes sense for us that we are not like that and we don't take things like that. We may have also delt with the issue the way they posed and may be then walked out. By this..jassi has just accepted she is ugly...and walked away from their as she could not face it or accept the challenge. purab never thought of her like that. She should have respected his feelings.

She may have a make over know but at what cost? Purab's feelings...or just to show that she looks good.
