Part 4:
It is Friday morning. Maan has to be at work at 6 am, as the caf willl be doing the catering for a wedding. It is something usual for them to work as a waiter on weddings. This time there will be an Indian wedding, so they have to dress in Sherwanis.
Maan couldn't reach Geet for a whole week now. He is hell worried as she did took a leave for the whole week, which he got to knew from Susan, the owner of the caf. This is unusual for Geet. He also thought about going to her place, but that will create big problems for her. So let the idea be.
The catering company reached the venue, where the wedding was to be hold. It's a big hall and everything is decorated. He wishes to have such a wedding with Geet to.
Susan told everyone to gather together and told them their tasks for the day. Maan is responsible for the cake, which has to be brought from the caf in 2 hours, so he has to go now, and come back in two hours with Jim, who will be accompanying him. So Maan and Jim are leaving the venue. When their car drives off, the car of the bride and groom drives in. Maan takes a look inside and can see a girl in a Lengha sitting on the back, with the ghungaat over her head. He drives off.
After two hours, he comes back with the cake. He takes it on the side of the mandhap, as the cake will be cut after the wedding rituals are over. He came just in time to see the bride and groom take their last few pheres. It was the girl he saw sitting in the car before. He looked at her Lengha and just thought how his Geet would look in it.
He saw then the couple sitting down. The groom took a pinch of sindur and filled her maang. Someone was in his sight, so he couldn't see the face of the bride. Then the groom put the Mangalsutre around her neck and they stood up. Finaly he could see the face of the bride, but what he saw, took his breathe away.
No, this couldn't be true. No. No. No!!! This can't be her. He is sure that his imagination of her just went too far.
But when their eyes met, he new it was her. Her eyes were red from crying and she just looked at him with pleading eyes. Just with one look in her eyes, he knew what happened, why she was away for the whole week and why he couldn't reach her mobile. His eyes got moist by just the thought that she was forced to married someone else, but he is sure, that something fishy has gone happened, because his Geet would never do something like that.
She woild fight for their love.
She pleaded him with her eyes to keep quiet and go away from here and forget her forever.
She couldn't be meaning it seriousely. How could she think that he will run away from here and forget her?? She is his love, his life, his everything. How could he??
He took a furious step forward to her and parted his lips to scream and stop this nonsense, when someone pulled his arm. He turned his head quickly around with an angry and furious glare in his eyes to see who held his arm.
He was shocked when he saw the person who held his arm.
