Yes it is hard to get when you write this award was won by mr. Bachan and Lata Mangeshkar. I am sorry but unlike you I do not have knowledge of every laloo panju award there is.

FYI, 1) I didn't write the article. It was by the media and 2) I wasn't aware of this award either but got to know about its significance only after she won it. But at least I have the common sense to know that Lata Mangeshkar doesn't win awards for 'acting'.
