Then in that case I am sure he will get the privelge of a last slap from Anandi which is long over-due and his karcha paani will be band...I think no girl like Anandi can accept an attack on her character and will surely get into durga mode.

I think it's about time that we see some sort of fierceness from Anandi's character. I mean srsly, enough is enough. At least stand up for your character! And since your family's izaat is so important to you, stand up and prove them wrong and kick their a$$ once and for all. Show some fierceness!!!

I'll distribute laddoos the day they make Anandi fierce and she gets into Maa Durga or Maa Kali mode! 😃That too, not for just one episode but for a considerable time thereon, the way Parvati band bajoed all enemies in KGGK in the Janki Devi track! 😆

The problem with Colors guys is that they make negative characters too powerful, but their leads are NEVER strong, or able to stand up for themselves. The leads are always the ''chup-chaap sehti rahi'' types or make big blunders themselves! They always have someone else - like some father figure or even a servant, to reveal the truth and put the negative character in place! In Ekta serials, the negative characters used to be flamboyant, but the positive lead used to be strong - a Tulsi or Parvati would ultimately even take a gun or trishul in their hands if need be, to expose the lies of the negative character and bring him/her to knees!

The leads in Colors serials are not too different from those silly, ultra-regressive, run-of-the-mill ''family dramas'' in flop Hindi films of 80s! 🤢

Okay, I despise Jagya and Gauri. But, only a coward and spineless man would ever physically abuse a woman. How can you guys even. 🤢

A man should not physically abuse his woman. He can betray her.

'His' woman? 😕 A wife isn't her husband's property. And I don't even understand this argument. If I find physical violence against women gross, I am somehow condoning infidelity?

Gauri is an adult. Nobody has the right to be abusive with her in order to make her realize her mistakes. I wish her parents would have downright refused to give their acceptance to her decision to marry Jagya but not slapped her.
Now if Anandi slaps Gauri out of indignation, that would make sense to me. But, Jagya has no right to hit her.
