First my condolence to Angie today who I hope is ok. Angie you were very brave today to watch and rewatch the scenes so that you could give us an excellent update. By that way do you want to write the coming Thursday's update? I will be very happy to give that honour to you (ok ok don't shout, I am just asking😳😉.)

Maheshwari and dai both are proclaiming to everyone that both are worried about RP and what will happen to RP. Both have actually forgotten that at this moment it is more important that RP gets well'.it shows how self absorbed both are and it is Padma who actually reminds them that this is not the time to argue but to hope that RP gets well because if RP does not get well then Radhika would be completely destroyed in the society. But why? Radhika is innocent in all this. She did not know what is happening ''.so why will people point finger at Radhika? Why won't they point fingers at the person who lied throughout this wedding? Is it the result of Padma's experience as a widow that although she is not responsible for Hari's death, but she was blamed for it. Her statement regarding DILs always being held for the good and bad things happening in the family. Anyway Padma's insecurity and hypocrisy comes out in the last scene when she says that she knows that she might be able to talk to people and make the family understand but what about society'.how will they face the outside world (for me the hypocritical part is that the entire society knows about her situation so why this drama?) . She also says that she knows what is the cost of this family's name''. (so has she worked out the real reason behind RPs action regarding her-Hari and Chaya situation ?) and then says that all well known people are going to arrive and RP has become unwell out if this fear? Fear of what? That the image of the family will go down? But that is again hypocrisy'.so is she aware of this hypocrisy but her insecurity keeps her quiet.

😆Misti, I had a day off today. So I agreed to write this update. Didn't realize that my 2-3 hours of a vacation day would be spent watching and rewatching this type of episode. 😡 I even postponed my shopping for this episode which I need to do to prepare for Hurricane Irene that is coming on Sunday.

I knew that today's episode won't be great. But..this... You know I don't curse but when I read your proposal, my first reaction was , "What the ...?" So thanks, but no thanks. Now I have a good idea what is coming up in next few episodes. So I will be sending condolences to you next week. I am just a backup and not a regular updater (thank God for that).

Liked Radhika today and some parts of Dev. Radhika is concentrating on getting RP well in the only way that she can and that is asking her Kanha for help. So she says that she will not eat anything nor drink anything until RP gets well. Dev looks at her when she is saying this and stands behind her (I felt that as if he is her shield and guard the way he was standing) behind Radhika. Padma walks up to them and asks them to eat something but Dev clearly tells her that he will support his wife and will fast with her too. In RP's room when they both are standing, dai throws a venomous glance at Radhika and similar to Maheshwari drags her out of the room and starts to verbally abuse her. Dai is so obsessed with RP that now she is completely delusional and telling everyone that RP was not able to sleep thinking of Radhika (when did that happen?)'.Radhika is slowly breaking apart facing one shouting after the other and Dev again walks in and requests dai to stop treating Radhika like this and let dada be ok, otherwise Radhika will fall apart (but here his voice is soft while talking to dai'is he still harboring thoughts that dai is still with him 'will give him the benefit of the doubt today). Although Dev is still hoping that everything will be ok after RP gets well and he gets over the initial shock, Radhika is not convinced. In RP's room when Radhika was standing by herself and Dev comes in, Dev tells her about his memories of his dada who even if others fell apart set things straight for him and he is hoping that his childhoods dada is still there. But the best part of Radhika was her slowly rising anger at someone's actions that has landed them in this messy situation and she in her own way letting everyone know what she thinks about all this''.by giving a tight slap. Radhika is furious and that is something because she is not someone who gets angry easily.

I liked Radhika today as she is breaking apart and today not even Dev could console her in the final scene. She knew that Dada would never be ok with this marriage even when he gets well. Also I was happy that she slapped Barkha who totally deserved it. Barkha has messed up Radhika's life by taking away her choices and landing her up in this mess.

I too had problems with Dev talking softly to Dai when she was so abusive to Radhika. Don't know if it is again creatives' making Dev like this or Dev has still illusions about Dai. Would they be broken next week with her actions towards Radhika? But I liked him in Dada's room talking about his childhood memories and telling Radhika why he feels close to Dada. Also giving her assurance that he would get well and everything would be ok. But again his words were not enough this time. If creatives had any love for Dev and Radhika, they would have shown a scene between them in their room where Dev goes after Radhika. Will we get in on Monday. I doubt it when Barkha is here.

Didn't like Dev almost thanking Barkha. Barkha didn't do favors to either of them by doing this. If Dev had openly used his first marriage (which was done in auspicious time, had a witness and the sanctity was maintained by Radhika for 12 years), then it would have been better. Doing it this way brought a stigma for Radhika.

Dai was delusional when she talked about RP worrying about Radhika's future. How did he worry? Did he make financial arrangements for her in a bigger city so that she can live independently? (No, he didn't even do it for his legitimate DIL Chaya who is missing for 23 years). Did he send a proposal from a good family for Radhiak? All I remember is his relief that Radhika is moving away from Dev's life and he can enjoy Dev's wedding guiltfree.

Dai is extremely self absorbed. BB was always that and so no surprises there. But Dai is self-absorbed and that's why never noticed Dev's unhappiness when Radhika was engaged with Rohan. She active submissive when Maheswari was in charge and now as a servant is lording over Radhika who is actually the proper DIL of this family. What right does she have to drag Radhika by hand? It is only because Radhika's cultural values don't allow her to answer an older woman (especially the one whom Dev respects) back.

Padma's insecurities are coming through. Why is Radhika unlucky. Dev was pretty lucky that he got Radhika otherwise he would still be a servant and won't be a RP. Everyone was lucky that Radhika came otherwise RP wouldn't have recovered and BB/Virat would have kicked out everyone from the PB. So why should Radhika be blamed for others' crimes. Previously Rohan did those crimes and she is ready to forgive him even though he was a killer and almost a rapist. Now she is talking about society blaming Radhika for something she didn't do.

Yes, what reputation these people keep on talking about. Everyone in the society knows that Padma is the illegal wife and Rohan is her illegitimate son. They all know what RP did to his own son, DIL and grandson. They also know that one of the grandson (Rohan) tried to frame another (Dev) and attempted to kill him. On top of that, he made a girl live with him who wasn't his wife. They may not know about BB's attempts to maime Dada for 12 years, but know that she was a bad acting RPtain who didn't hold any dharam sabhas. Anyway, the whole family is a hypocrite family.

Me, I am also impressed with the Radhka's ardent prayer for healing of Dadaji. Her ask will be answered definitely by Ganha because Radhika has brought God's light in the house, it held its first religious service in his honor in front of the family. I wonder, why Dadaji considered as Radhika is not good as Choti Bahu, why not take the defense in front of that woman in judgment and before the priest is knowing how pure-hearted and honest? Why has tried to remove the Dev by Radhika! Dadaji Did not know that all are God's will and that what is written for well her faithfull, will happen?

But again his words were not enough this time. If creatives had any love for Dev and Radhika, they would have shown a scene between them in their room where Dev goes after Radhika.
