Awww thank so much.Maan has got a break through with Geet. Seems fate has landed an opportunity for Vicky too, with respect to Meera. While Maan got it on a professional front, in the studio, with knowledge of the personal issues Geet faced, Vicky got it in a personal setting despite their aloof professional relationship. It was more of a shock for Vicky - something he had never expected!LOL...it doesn't make sense...but the thought was kind off stuck in my mind.Loved the subtle way in which Maan got her to be more involved in the routines.Waiting to see what is in hold for Vicky and Meera.

Me too - me TOO!!!
loved the way maan came clean and clearly stated that the reason behind him performing the silhouette dance in finale was not altogether altruistic and he just wanted the finale to be the best and glad that geet accepted that have started seeing things in a optimistic way not shunning off ppl...Yeah Maan is straightforward if nothing else - even though he has his anger - he's come to realize that Studio 77 is not KC where he'll be able to steamroller his way to get work! Dance is an art. Expressing it needs emotions - n it's bound to affect him too!
vicky meera part was wonderful..meera's reaction seems to be amiss , i cant digest the fact that the lady who maintains a stern and cool facade in office is ruffled badly by this incident...i mean yes it is terrifying when a girl is being physically assaulted...but i feel there is more to this than what meets the eye...may be something in her past that has triggerred a very strong reaction from her...or maybe i am imagining things...Not imagining things babeh,...there is plenty more to come!
i am thoroughly confused and curious as to kno what is going to happen in the next update..Curiosity over??
hope to seee ur next update soon
keep writing amru
love u

Hey darling, ❤️
First and foremost, thank you for the quick and long update.👏
Loved it so much. Love Vicky''his adrenaline kicked in and he was there in a flash to save her'.wow'he was actually angry and yelled at her for not yelling'.😕
Well, not all women react the same way in situations like this'and her stern demeanor and no nonsense attitude off course has another story behind the face.
I loved when he used the line "Look this yob might wake up soon".
And'stern-miss-shergill.😳
Now let talk about Maan'yes he had selfish motives to enhance his business'but he is yet not aware that his heart is beating in its own rhythm. His heart surpasses what his business motives are.
And the guilt that is bugging him for what he did'..lolz'.guilt and his heart'
Geet!
Wow..she called Nik her angel..finally''has the mask been removed from her face'.can she take a step forward now'..and realize that Nik will always hover over her, looking at her, smiling at her as she moves forward in life'
Maan again'as soon as Vicky texted him..he was worried about business'Maan kuch aur bhi socho na'please'😡
And afterwards he thought of Vicky'chalo koi nahin Maan'I let u go for this time'next time please'.think about ppl first'..🤔
Wow'.Geet seemed at ease and comfort while she was teaching them the steps'.awesum'I already see that she has taken a step further in herlife.👍🏼
The little boy who called Meera didi ' wonder'.what story is about to unveil '
Muah.🤗
Rachu tere bade lambe se comment par main comment karti hoon!! For Geet dance was always like second nature - like business is to Maan and laughter is to Zakhir. And Maan was worried more about Vicky than KC - he gives family way more importance than his work - he's realized this long ago!
Good to see Geet is improving in her mind state n Maan is being good to her so much that she is actually agreeing to help him out...n Vicky n Meera's situation also got a chance through the incident to develop their personal equation more...nice update in all angles...

Amru!!! My darling! 🤗Do you have any idea what a wonderful writer you are? I read the past three updates in one go as I have been busy but what amazing parts you have written. The silhouette dance was so touching and the way you described it almost brought tears to my eyes. Wow! I'm speachless.
I'm loving the budding friendship between Maan and Geet which will hopefully lead to something more in the future. Can't wait to read how their friendship will develop.

Chapter 36: A Birthday and a Gift!
Meera walked out. The last thing she wanted to do was scare Ajay.
'I'm here Ajay. Hi!!'' She stepped forward and hugged him.
''Didi, yeh kaun hain?'' he demanded.
She looked quietly at Vicky and back at Ajay.
''Ajay, yeh mere boss hain. Mr. Khurana. Hello kaho!''
Instead Ajay walked towards Vicky and looked at him curiously.
''Wahi boss jo aap ko roz ghar deri se bhejta hain?'' His stance changed to a threatening one, ''Isne aapko tang toh nahi kiya?''(Did he annoy you?)
Meera looked uncomfortable. ''Ajay, bado se aise nahi bolte.(that's not how you peak to elders) Say Hello!,'' she emphasized again.
Ajay puffed his chest out and pushed his hand forward. ''Hello. I'm Ajay.''
Vicky looked at the him, trying hard not to laugh at his behaviour. He seemed to be the protector of the two. The mere thought of Meera needing a protector, would've made him laugh, but from what he'd seen of her today - it seemed to fit. The look in her eyes, when she had seen the man fall down; was pure virginal innocence. And, he found himself respecting Ajay, for the astute kid he was. He was beginning to realize that Meera was not the person she portrayed herself as.
He smiled and shook hands with Ajay, squatting on his toes to be at the same height. ''Hi Ajay. I'm Vicky, you Didi's sadu boss'', he said with a wink.
The boy looked askance. Vicky looked at Meera, her eyes were softening as she looked at Ajay. His mere presence had seemed to calm her down. He walked quickly towards the tea he had prepared. Ajay followed curiously, taking in the process of pouring the tea and putting it on a saucer. Vicky looked at Ajay and smiled again; and was rewarded by a dazzling one in return.
''Buddy, why don't you give this to your Didi?''
''Did u make this for her?'', he asked innocently.
''Yes, I did!'', he replied as a matter of fact. ''She must be tired from all her work, right?''
''She's tired every day. But today she seems upset.'', Ajay observed quietly, as if talking to himself.
He went over to a quiet Meera and handed her the tea. He plopped on the couch next to Meera, his chatter keeping her busy, and Vicky saw the colour return to her face.
He felt like he was intruding on some personal moment and he made to the door. But he couldn't leave without saying anything, so he motioned to Meera, that he was leaving. The moment her attention was turned away. Ajay looked up to see Vicky by the door.
''Where are you going?'', he asked immediately, a cute frown wrinkling his face; his hands on his hips.
Vicky turned to him. ''I have to go home too right?''
''Will you come again?''
''Sure, I'll definitely come to meet you.''
''Ok,'' he grinned happily, ''We'll play football ok. I'm very good at football and Didi gave me my own football to play with''.
Vicky laughed. ''That's perfect. I lost my football.''
He got up and walked, while Meera escorted him. He sensed that she didn't want to talk about the incident in front of Ajay. At the door, she hesitantly looked up at him and whispered a ''Thank You'', softly.
He nodded and left.
This 'motherly' side of Meera was new to him. The last thing he expected to see was the kid and the bond he shared with Meera. She seemed to be hell bent on proving wrong, all the conclusions he made about her.
2 weeks later.:
Maan was relishing his coffee. All the toil of the last few days was brining in a good result. And his hackles were finally settling down.
It was late evening and he knew there was no need to be there that late, but he sat in his cabin, enjoying the calm. The lights of his cabin were the only ones that were on.
The peace was disturbed by the revving of a bike. He peeped out to see Farhan leaving the parking lot. But, what caught his attention was the blue Jeep that stood in the same place, that it had been all day.
Geet hadn't left!!
And he knew where he'd find her. He walked briskly to see her sitting on the floor hugging her knees. The tears flowed silently down her eyes today. They were red rimmed and made the hazel colour stand out more. The studio was dimly lit, echoing her mood. A sigh left him as he saw her wretched form.
**************************************************************************************************
She felt him come and sit quietly next to her. He didn't say a word, but just sat with her, sharing her grief quietly. And somehow , her tears dried up. She wondered why she couldn't cry anymore. Whenever she cried, people consoled her to make her stop. And here, Maan didn't do any such thing, but she couldn't cry a single tear.
So she sat quietly, her thoughts turning grateful towards the man who understood her pain.
The silence was light and companionable. There was no compulsion to talk, yet Geet felt like telling him.
So she did!
''It's Nik's birthday today.''
He started and turned to her, his eyes slightly wider in surprise. He was quiet for a second, then he lapsed into thought for another.
Then...
''So where's the cake?''
''Huh??''
She thought he was kidding - but he looked genuinely towards her, his eyebrows raised in question.
''Cake? What is there to celebrate? He's not even here!''
''But, does that mean that you're going mourn over the fact that he's no longer with you...as opposed to the celebration of the fact that he was the angel in your life?''
''Maan,'' she cried,'' Celebrate that he's gone?? How can you even expect me to.''
''No Geet ' I expect you to celebrate that he was here ... that you still feel he is here. I was expecting you to celebrate his life , not his death''.
She fell silent, turning his words in her mind. She turned to smile at him, showing him, that she understood.
He smiled back and asked softly, ''So, what was his favourite cake?''
30 minutes later...
Geet and Maan sat on the floor of the studio. The cake had been cut. The toast had been made. The wishes had been sent above. A benevolent warmth had crept in. They sat quietly and ate. Maan had ended up ordering food for them too; to make it a full fledged dinner... all Nik's favourite.
''So, what was he like?'', Maan asked.
Geet looked at him surprised. Never had she thought that she'd have a conversation like this with Maan Singh Khurana. ...and how and where did she start about Nik??
''You know what they say about stark raving mad? That was me... and he was the complete opposite. The voice of reason...''
Once she had begun, she couldn't stop. Memories were reminisced, feelings poured, incidents laughed over- kindred recognized.
''...but, he could win in almost every sport he wished to. It came to him like second nature, u know...they weren't even hobbies!'' she said.
Her face was glowing and Maan had never seen her talk so much. There had been something in her eyes , that made him hope.
''So what are your hobbies?'', he asked
''Errr...mine? Ummm...I like dancing- ok, ok that's way too obvious. And, I like driving...'' she added in an afterthought. She slowly lapsed in silence as she racked her brains.
For all the effort, she just couldn't think of the stuff she liked doing.
''That's it?'', his incredulous voice broke through.
''No...I've...''
''That boring, huh?''
''Excuse me??''
''You're boring!!', he said, as if in revelation.
''Me?? Boring!!,'' she stuttered, in complete confusion. Before she could say or think of anything else, he spoke again.
''Woman, is that all you like doing? Yep...BORING!!!'', he said, looking at her in confirmation. What she failed to see was the twinkle in his eye.
''What?? Am not!!'' she shoved him almost playfully.
''Dancing and driving??? Wow, Nik- The Angel? More like Nik - The Saint!! He put up with a snore like you.''
As soon as the words were out of his mouth, Maan wanted to pull them back in. But, luckily for him, by then she's noticed the glint in his eye and smiled. He breathed in.
''Heyyy!'' she said indignantly. ''I Am Not Boring!!...What about you, Mr. I'll-Eat-You-Alive-With-My-Glare...what are you're hobbies?''
''No way...you tell me a reasonable hobby ... and you get one in return from me!''
''Fine!! You got yourself a deal. I'll show you. And, I'll definitely have more than you'', she sneered kiddish-ly.
''I know better, but ..whatever floats you boat, honey. '' he grinned wickedly, as she glared at him, her eyes narrowed!
