Hello frnds.I am monica.

I used 2 watch sagars show,Prithviraj chauhan and was a big fan of da show.Dat was also a very popular show but it was ruined b'coz of one reason,LOT OF FICTION.Sagars never showed reality in dat show.Dey added lot of fictional characters,fictional stories 2 gain trps.For eg.,prithvi and sanyo never met wid each oder during any koteshwar mandir yatra.In fact dey met each oder when dey were adults.Prithvi heard a poem praising sanyo's beauty and decided 2 meet her.Sanyo too saw prithvi's painting and fell in luv wid him.Was dis shown in prc?No.in da end,dey showed sanyo dieing while thinking abt prc but da truth is she alongwid oder ladies including prithvi's sister,committed jauhar(falling into da fire).Actually,sagars show so much fiction in deir shows dat dey don't get any scope 2 show reality.B'coz of dis excessive fiction,prc became boring and finally it went off air.

Now dey r doing da same thing wid cgm.I agree all ur anger and complaints r justified.When da show began,dey said dat it's abt da life of CGM but now dey r showing all fictional stories.It's like da sagars r cheating da viewers.But dat's what dey do all da time.It's nothing new.Dey cheated prc fans and now dey r cheating cgm fans and will continue 2 do so.It's better if we accept dis bitter truth and enjoy watching dis fictional drama of a real person.If u can't accept da truth,den plz stop watching it b'coz dere's no use complaining abt all dese things b'coz sagars kabhi nahi sudrenge,no matter what.Agar da gr8 Ramanand Sagar zinda hote toh shayad yeh sab nahi hota.😭

Regarding Yashashri,i am not saying all dese b'coz i am her fan.Frankly speaking,when i started watching rbo,at first i too felt dat her acting is not up to da mark.But later she started proving dat she is a very good actress.It's jst da beginning.She is in da show since last 3 episodes.It's too early 2 judge her.Give her some time.I am sure she won't disappoint u.And regarding mriganayani's character,bhai,as i said,dis is not da first time nor da last time sagars r doing it.😆😆😆😆

I had watched a old south indian film on Prithvi raj's story and found Sagars version of PRC different 😊

In the film Prithvi sees hr painting and falls in love and like u said something else was shown in serial 😆😆not only that there were difference in so many scenes 😊

and i agree with u dear agar ramanad sagar ji zinda hote tho shayad kuch hota..weel said

so I also decided to watch and if possible just enjoy the show without too

much expecations

Guyzzz no more discussion on the same topic again n again n plz plz plz stop comparing CGM with other shows like PRC ... plz its my req it will again destroy forum's environment ...its btr we stop taking abt History n except CGM as a historical fiction.

n yes i agreed thy hv added fictional characters so many times but dnt forget in this show sagars hv not given any initiative the story n concept is off nilanjana ji so its not fair to blame sagars all the time

i am not comparing cgm wid prc.my point was simple.sagars hv showed and will continue 2 show fictional characters and stories again and again so plz plz plz stop complaining dat dey r showing fictional characters.I hv been seeing numerous posts of ppl complaining of dis but dis is not new. sagars will show fiction in real stories and we viewers hv 2 accept dat.we hv no oder choice except stop watching da show.

i agree story and concept is done by someone else but don't think ismein sagars ka koi haath nahi.someone uses fiction in da show and sagars ko pata nahi chalega,it's impossible.

actually d same thing happened wid me 2,i was also a huge PRC fan, but den d Sagar's started showing so much fiction ( not even 1% matched wid wat i read in my school texts abt PRC ) dat finally i got fed up & stopped watching d show, even b4 PRC & Sanyogita got married.

& now CGM, d person who 's regarded as d 1st unifier of India. believe me, we guys can put up a list of d deviations dat d cv's made till date wid d story. ok, i admit dat to recreate d story of an emperor who existed 2300 yrs ago, d PH does need to hv sum creative liberties, otherwise it's impossible to make a tv serial on it. but den, y mess wid d major significant incidents of dat era ( read Alexander's invasion ) ?? is dat really needed ??

of lately, i saw a huge heated debate on dis issue in dis forum...& comments lyk " proud of one's knowledge " etc etc. cummon plz , dont get us wrong !! we r nt proud of our knowledge here. i, being a management student, had hardly any proper info abt CGM & Chanakya b4. but as i got to watch d show..i started searching 4 articles on dem 4m d internet & i did get it plus add to it d info i got 4m my friends in dis forum.

outcum : 1. not 1% matches wid dat wich is being aired in d show now !!
outcum : 2. we r frustated wid d show , we really are !!

( wat i mean is, if we , d audience can find out info abt CGM 4m various sources, den y not dey ?? aftr all, dey r a reputed PH & dey need to do lots of research b4 launching such shows !! )

oops i 4gt, ( thanx 4 reminding me Shanak !! ) , Ramanand Sagar is no more now, actually it was he who gv us shows lyk Shri Krishna wen we wer kids , not Prem Sagar & others..so y r we expecting authenticity of d content 4m d show now, wen der's actually no1 to deliver us dat ?? had Ramanand Sagar been alive things wud hv been definately different, isnt it ??

so guys, plz patch up now. it really hurts to c friends fighting among demselves over matters on which dey hv no control. & if i hv hurt any1 by my comments , den i'm sorry ..plz 4gv me !!

I know that we shouldn't expect the Sagars to show reality - be it Sagar Pictures w/ Dwarkadheesh, or Sagar Pictures w/ this serial. However, I do have a question - was Devanagiri the script used then, be it either for Sanskrit or Prakrit? In today's episode, they showed a message being read by Chandragupta in Devanagiri. We once had this discussion in the AS Ramayan thread on what was the script used. The earliest script used for Sanskrit was Brahmi, and after that, several different scripts followed.

Therefore, the script used may not have been Devanagiri. In which case, it would have made more sense to show the reader reading it w/ an echo effect, like he was silently reading it, rather than show a quick snapshot of what was actually written. Of course, the Sagars have made much bigger howlers than this one, so one shouldn't be surprised.

acc. 2 historical evidences it may b possible that brahmi script was used but its nearly impossible 2 pass on such vast treasures of litertaure of sanskrit orally only. there must b nagri script(earlier its called as nagri only). i found this in wikipedia.
