Aishwarya Rai Bachchan stays away from the limelight
Ever since news of actor Aishwarya Rai Bachchan's pregnancy broke out, the actor is trying her best to stay away from the limelight.
She does not want to invite curious glances and prefers staying away from events and functions unless it is anything extremely important.
While her recent public appearance was when she returned to Mumbai from Delhi after declining to accept her French honour owing to the terrorist attack on Mumbai, Ash was spotted at the Mumbai airport, showing off her baby bump.
Though she was dressed in a loose-fitting tee and a denim, her bump was clearly visible and the shutterbugs went into a mad frenzy trying to click pictures.
While showing off baby bumps has become a trend and one that can fetch the couple in question a large sum of money for posing on the covers of mags, many celebrities in Bollywood and Hollywood have succumbed to this as well.
But when it comes to the Bachchans, no one in this khandaan is going to ever agree to show off their baby bump and that is exactly what Ash did. Ash was apparently approached by an international magazine to flaunt her baby bump for the cover, but without even giving it much thought, the actor declined the offer.
A source close to Ash says, "Ash has always been a private person and would never consider doing something like this. Even when Aishwarya got married to Abhishek, a lot of magazines approached them for the exclusive rights to their wedding pictures, but none were entertained. The Bachchans are very particular about keeping their personal lifes personal and strictly gaurded."
