A UNIQUE experience talking about Bollywood!

😃😃😃 Well, I wanted to share a unique experience with all of you guys. I travel the train to work everyday and met a American who loves Bollywood movies! It was the most unique thing. When I was sitting, I saw this guy watching 3 Idiots. It was interesting to say the least! I couldn't help but ask, "So do you like Bollywood movies,"? Well, he told me "Yes, but haven't watched much of them." He is a big fan of Aamir Khan! 👏 I explained to him that Aamir Khan is one of the top and most respected actors in India. He also is interested in seeing Lagaan. So, we got on the subject of other Bollywood movies. I told him that there are other movies he must see - such as Jodhaa Akbar and Devdas. 😳 I explained my love of Aishwarya Rai for him. I actually showed him songs (via my Blackberry😆) from Umrao Jaan (showed Salaam, Pooche Rahe Hain), Guzaarish (Udi), and even Kajra Re from Bunty Aur Babli! We were having a fun time watching the songs and I don't care if people noticed! 😲 I am not afraid to show my love for Aish, even in public! The guy concluded after watching all of Aish's songs, "She loves dramatic roles, doesn't she"? I explained she doesn't excel in romantic comedies or fun films! The American even noticed what Aish's forte was, so shocking to me! All I can say is that I have loved sharing Bollywood songs with him and it was quite a eye-opener!

that's interesting! maybe you should also share some of the art or serious type of films as well..like Udaan, a wednesday, aamir!

Did you tell him about ATBB movies? If you didn't make sure you dont do that. He might be hating bollywood if he see this year's ATBB movie.
