How you feel India-Forum is, as a place?
Feeling bad to say but yes once I was feeling IF as my second home but not any more now. Though I've already decided to quit IF but on request of my friends I'm opining here as once I enjoyed this Forum and site so much and got some very good friends from here.And it is humane to expect better things always.
- What is more needed on I-F?
Please do keep bashers away from IF. Ppl join here to share constructive criticism but coz of these merciless and regular bashings of members as well as actor/actress they get demoralised and ultimately start leaving the forums/IF. What is the use of forums then?
I completely agreed with one of my fellow member Nadiya that some members here are making an impression on others that they own IF and those whose opinions do not coincide with them they are unwanted. I hope these will discourage many creative members to continue in a forum and ultimately on IF too.
Bashing is adopted as a strategy to silence the voice of ppl having a different viewpoint in many forums. These regular bashers must be dealt with stringent actions according to IF CoC, not just with warnings and as another member opined already that we saw bashers get final warnings many times. Does not that sound strange? That itself shows the loopholes of treating bashers strictly. In fact many regular bashers target IF's own TB article/Video segment too which spoils the pain put by the article writer and team attached with those segments. Yes we can differ with an article or segment but bashing with abusive words/Name calling celebs is the height of demeaning the teamwork.
Bashing members/actors/actress and their family is the biggest problem now here. It concludes with ppl prefer not to be a part of IF ultimately as not everyone are able to do so. Morever member bashing on their marital status/age is so openly and regularly done by ppl here now a days that many are unwilling to participate actively also.
Transparency in ranking system is needed first. Let the fans know clearly from which section how many points one celeb got. I mean to say from pix/video/FC points separately.
A popular site like IF is expected to reflect the real popularity of the shows aired on Indian Channels. I therefore request IF to include weekly TRPs of different shows on different channels in a separate section. Along with that IF can keep the online popularity chart like the way they are having now.
- Any Suggestions to I-F, Vijay or Development Team.
Request for separate ranking list for Actors and Actresses.
Removal of Dislike button in comment section as it is creating more tussles between different fan groups.
- Any issues on I-F? Which we can solve or improve so it wont happen again?
Please make sure the rules to be known to the members in advance so that they can act accordingly .As happened one week back. All of a sudden Comments were removed from one particular celeb's picture gallery without any prior information about the new rules to the fans/members.
There was a very unpleasant incident in IF's own Wass Up segment last week by by adding a clip later. I hope this will be taken care in future. Once episode aired and tagging and adding an additional clip hurts the sentiments of many fans who already commented for their fav who featured first. We have absolutely no problem with who all are featuring but tagging someone later hurted many coz these points are considered for ranking.
Another shocking incident needs to be mentioned here about the google plus rankings. We saw in five to ten minutes the google plus points of a particular celeb was decreased from around 250+ to around 115.Google plus is an authentic system. How could it happen with that?
MIDs are one of the worst problem IF is experiencing now. As many suggested excluding the points of number of fans a celeb got in one week from the ranking system can solve it.
Adult content should be avoided in the forum as we all know IF has many minors here as members. It is utmost needed. As I myself has experienced the ugliness of these type of topics where pix of celebs were described in the most filthy and derogatory ways. It hurts the fans sentiments as well as affect celebs too later on. This kinda content pollute the whole atmosphere of a forum.
Morphed pix/articles should be completely banned from IF. Morever those who are doing it deliberately must be handled strictly according to IF CoC.
Another disgusting act has become a habit by some ppl here that they are regularly putting offensive comments about the actor/actress they dislike/hate in their FCs. This is hurting the sentiments of the fans of those celebs and instigating fights between different fan groups. Strict actions must be taken against such instigators who pollute the healthy atmosphere of FCs.
- Anything which can be improved on I-F?
Transparency in ranking system is the need of the time.
Handling Bashers strictly to keep forums clean and encourage members to put healthy n constructive criticisms.
All members should be treated equally by avoiding biasness which I myself experienced innumerable times.

I just hope that IF become a place for unbiased, healthy n constructive criticisms coz basically we come here for that and ultimately this helps the Show/PH/Channel and Celebs too.
As most of the IF members are on job so they always prefer to spare quality time be with friends or by creative writings. I wish one day I'll see a neat and clean and bashing free world of IF so that I can rejoin here.
Am sorry if I sounded rude at some places but I felt I must be honest in such serious issues and I just hope these feedbacks will help the cause of this thread.
Net savvies everyday come across hundreds of sites but they always prefer to remain hooked where the site has credibility. Credibility is the most imp factor which attracts new users and the day a site starts loosing credibility that day itself it starts loosing genuine members. I hope there wont be any credibility gap between IF and its members.
