Hey All,
As you all know, India-Forums has been developing a lot the last few years. We've got our own Zing Magazine, Wassup Tv, More Blogs, new ranking system, etc and more is on the way.
Looking apart from this, we know want to focus more on India-Forum is self, like forums, discussions etc.

-How you feel India-Forum is, as a place?
Wonderful!!👏. I made new friends , met some amazing people, became better at expressing my views and opinions, and I have good time almost everyday whether I watch any show or not I still visit IF regularly. The forums are gr8 , apart from shows there are places for writers, debates, and many other categories which is really appreciable. One platform for many.
That said, there are times when I feel it is being misused. It is becoming into fan war, or a race for who is better. Nothing wrong in ranking , but it is not being taken for what it is. CM rankings were messed up some time back, no idea how it is now, since I dont bother about it at all anymore. I personally dont want celebrity rankings , there are many well deserving actors who are not even in top 50, that does not make them any less. Guess already many ppl have raised this point. And if google+ and fb likes are also included then it will be huge task for fans, as it is many are just viewing profiles and pics like crazy just to get more view points while they could use that time on discussing topics in their favourite forums.
Another point where I feel IF is being misused, not the fault of IF team, and I am sorry if it appears irrelavant , but I wanted to express it here. It is about Actors' personal life. Too much interference and indulgence sometimes. Actors are being branded with co-stars, they like to see the leads to be off screen couples too, the actors are expected to work with the same co-star in rest of the projects, how it helps the career of the actor only they can imagine. If the real life partner is not the co-star of the show then that person is bashed , abused and is said unfit to be in the actor's life. They do not care if the actor is compatible with the co-star as real life partner or not, the fictional togetherness is expected to be seen off screen aswell, which is wrong. Even though IF closes topics that discusses such very personal issues, it still goes on subtly. Dont know if it can ever be solved, but I wish members give more importance to the actor's personal choices than what they want to see. An open minded acceptance is needed, that actor is an actor and the creative talent cannot be limited to one particular co-star.

Like someone suggested, image hosting.
More character limit for siggie box.
Option to PM more than 20 ppl at one go.
Option to store the PM list in the profiles.
A personal space, not visible to even buddies, just for the member to store some notes and stuff.
Option to set whether the profile can be visible to others or not.
- Any issues on I-F? Which we can solve or improve so it wont happend again?
I completely appreciate the work of DT , they have to follow the rules and make sure that the forum stays clean and out of controversy. Kudos to them who are actively involved in keeping the IF atmosphere and to all the creative people who hold competitions and provide the necessary creative aura to the forum. 👏
One of my buddies is not able to login to her account, she is blocked without being notified. She recd a warning pm for opening more than one topic in a day saying she was spamming. After few days for some word she used in a post or something she is blocked without being notified. In other forums I see one member opening many topics in a matter of hours.
sometimes topics are closed just because two topics have same word inside the content. That 'similar topic rule in COC' should be rewritten. because we cannot have more than one topic that contains a similar word, even if the purpose of both topics are different. One time a topic was closed because it had 'why did she do that?' in the end and the tm was asked to post in help desk . Again same thing I see many threads with topics of similar content sometimes for the same purpose in another forum where they are allowed. intro topics in one forum are closed, and in other forum they are allowed. In one forume polls comparing characters are allowed in another they are closed. why some rules are different for different forums?
In our forum I have seen some threads in which the leads of the show have been dissed and bashed and mocked at, but those links are stored in the archived gallery thread of the forum as imp links 😲, do the mods go through the content to decide if they are important or not? or do they just go by the name of the thread? not important anymore but it pains to see the links as imp links while the content inside is nothing buy mockery of the show.
I could not comment on the articles even for first time in a day, and got message that I cannot post more than 4 comments. that happened many times to me, and that too for several days.
other than that I have not experienced any significant problem on IF. oh yeah I asked couple of questions in the suggestions forum, that were never answered. :), wish someone would go thru and make sure atleast the member knows that the question has been read.

some one suggested that CM rankings should also display TRPs of the show , that is really good idea, if TRPs are not included in CM rankings that is fine, atleast if it is shown in the chart, people will have an idea where the show is for that week.
