No, she wasn't. Meeta herself gave the reply why her slapping Navya wasn't right. But I agree that many parents most often react that way.

hey trisha i think slapping was not the right method of dealing with such matters to my POV I agree that meetha has the right to do it coze she is her mother but she should handle this matter more carefully;slapping has worsened the whole matter i think

it depends on parents thinking.some parents think that voilence will surely create a fear in the minds of children due to which they (children)will not be able to repeat these things in their life.but some think that voilenc will take their children away frm them and children will never be comfortable in expressing their feelings to their parents
