I am glad Barkha wasn't shown too, I like her but the focus really should be on Dev and Radhika. I think oads of people got some relief by not seeing Barkha on the screen. I used to like her but now she has been turned into a carricature for me. ...and you are right that now the focus should be on Dev and Radhika and not on anyone else.

I couldn't believe Dadaji's nerve, he ruined his son's life and is now proceeding to do the same to his grandson. He knows how much Dev loves Radhika, he knows everything Dev and Radhika went through yet he is willing to split them up for what he believes is more important. All that does not matter to dadaji, what matters is his image.

I hated the reverse psychology he did on Radhika, first he puts these thoughts in her mind then tries to say no I shouldn't have said anything. He knows Radhika would do what he wanted, after all she made sacrifices in the past for the family. Shame on him.He is a hypocrit and a caward and he bahnave liked one but Radhika showed him who is actually the bigger of the two.

I am just glad that Dev is not ready to give up his love for anything, I want this to continue. The articles about Barkha ready to marry Dev is just ridiculous, why should she intervene? This should be Dev and Radhika's fight, it should be their decision. They actualy have an interesting track in their hand...this tug of war between Radhika and Dev but I am sure that like all the time before they are themselvs again going to spoil the track by inserting in Barkha, when she is not neeeded in this track. These creatives are masters in spoiling good tracks.

Today for the first time I am not going to start my thoughts with story or characterization or screenplay but with acting...because I am just sitting and staring gob smacked at Rubina's portrayal of Radhika's pride and her latent anger...her portrayal of Radhikas nerves of steel and Radhikas refusal to bow down to Rajpurohit and break down in front of him, but to look at him directly. With back straight and give it back and then at the end turn her back to him.

I agree Ruby was brilliant today, esp the scene where she sternly says her reply to RPji about her decision, and Avinash was also brilliant with his dialogues.

Anyway coming to the show...This old man is a very good manipulator and he uses his so called helplessness to make people do what he wants. Yesterday he first praised Radhika and put her on the pedestal and then cleverly brought in her weakness...her love for Dev and that all this will harm RPs reputation which implied Dev's reputation and then now today he says...no no I cannot ask you to do all this. Also used Chayas reference to show that he is repenting for his past actions. Is he really repenting ?

...then he would have made sure that Chaya is brought back. Instead he is mollycoddling Padma. He knew that using Radhika's love and Dev's reputation being harmed , Radhika will step back. When the RP was walking away Radhika's expression was showing as if she is making her back straigh and she gulps her tears and continues that keeping God as a weakness he has given her the responsibility to do justice and has also promised that the ruling will be followed...again gulps her tears...turns and then with a somber tone continues that even if people do not accept, she has always loved Dev babu and that she is the body, he is the soul and if she is the worshipper then he is her God...then continues that without Dev babu she has no existence and for her, her love is the biggest thing in her life but they both know that for society duty is the most important thing...and for that duty if even Gods have had to bow down and again gulps and says that we are mere mortals...for this duty Sita maiya also had to go back into the earth...

The dialogues were pretty good here, i liked the dialogues..

and then she looks sideways at RP ...the looks is filled with latent anger...as if silently accusing the RP that if society can do this to Sita maiyeeya then what can I expect from you...and then with that angry look walks up to RP and says that you are the guardian of duty and I don't want to create any hindrance in your line of duty...then with eyes downcast says that if me becoming a RPtian will create problems for the family or if Dev babu (here she again gulps her tears and has a slight hiccup) is ashamed in the society then she has not right to be called his dharmapatni and he should get him married to someone who will help him shine in society...and then takes a big breath and throws a challenge at him saying that this is my decision and you will have to fulfill it...and stand respectfully but looks at him straight ...RP blesses her but she at the end turns her back to RP and her eyes still has the anger...

i loved Ruby's expression here, her folding hands and her decision, her stern looks, the whole scene came out very good.

In Dev's room , he is reclining against the wall...and thinking of Radhika...actually it is the same wall that Radhika used to recline against to think about her KK..he has a worried look and when Padma comes in he says that he feels that something is wrong, something is pricking him and then Padma has to tell him to call Radhika (oyee chunnu munnu from when does anyone have to tell Dev to call Radhika...does Padma or Barkha have to be there in the screen with Dev? If Barkha is not there then in walks Padma)...anyway Dev calls Radhika who tries to avoid talking to him...he guesses that something is wrong.

I liked the scene between Dev-Padma. even i thought the same it was Radh's fav place, now its Dev's and even after he talks with Padma he takes his phone to that place and talks to Radh😆 😳...i liked that scene, convo but Radh was sad😭

...Mohini comes and tells them that dadaji is calling everyone downstairs.

Mohini's scenes are good, like watching her expressions.

...dadaji is sitting and he gets up like an autocrat...and declares that Dev-Radhika marriage will not happen and no one is going to question a RP'S decision...

I am thinking " kahin Dev ko heart attack na ho jaye yeh sun kar"

Liked his expressions, the confusion, anger...

ahh the weak helpless man is gone...well he has got what he wanted by putting on that look in front of Radhika...

why not!! he is relieved man now, Radh ne jo poora burden utha liya,

cant believe Dadaji put the whole blame on Radh...WHY couldnt he have just said " meine use bulayatha, aur meine decisin lena ka zimmedhari uske kadhe par soop diya, aur ussne wahi nirnay liya jo mein sunna chahtha tha"

so now why will he put on that act...now he is reminding me of the way he behave with Hari...hypocritical coward.👍🏼..he shuts up Padma but Dev who is in shock asks him to stop and then walks up in anger but while talking to RP has his voice lowered and says that if I cannot ask the RP then can I ask my grandfather... Mohinis expression is priceless when dadaji utters the word respect...she blinks, shakes her head and has a look of ...what the heck is he talking about...sadly she doesn't drop one of her pearls of wisdom that dadaji what respect are you talking about. You only made your married son get married again, drove away his lawfully wedded wife, took her child and hid his identity...is this respect?...but sadly she does not say anything...Chunnu munnu I am missing Mohini and her pearls of wisdom...and then RP continues that when she was staying here as Rohan's wife...she realized that people will be raising question...Dev's eyes are darting as if he is trying to put two and two together...Padma has the insecure look back on her face...and then Dev turns his back to RP and marches off towards the door...with the RP running after him...shouting stop stop...where are you going Dev (arreh old man go and find yourself an old woman then you will understand where he is going...)...and Dev turns and says to know the truth...ahh so he actually does not trust his grandy pop...and RP ...you do not have to know the truth...tch tch old man arrogance personified...and Dev goes...hang on a minute old man...ok he did not say that...but with surprise in his voice he says ...I don't have the right to know ...a soul is going from a body and I don't have the right to know he said with a strong voice..all subdued nature is out of the window...RP is still not giving up...and says you cannot go to Radhika...and Dev with his back at dadaji but his head turned sideways says so is it a RP saying or a grandfather...and dadaji snarls...well his twitching lips are making me think of snarling...

I liked Dev-RPji faceoff...👏 it was very good scene to watch, Dev babu will go to any extent if Radh it is about Radh...👏 Though RPji told the reason, he didnt believe him, he wanted to know it from Radh herself...I liked Dev's expression here, Avinash was brillant.👏

In Radhikas house rakhi is going on...first Chanda and then Radhika...Chenu does not give Chanda any gift but gives Radhika who passes it on to Chanda and says that she is not going anywhere...and tells him that the marriage will not happen because even if she knows the truth the society knows that she is Rohan's wife...and if because of that anybody raises her finger then the Rajpurohit family will not be able to bear it (she means the future RP...that is Dev and again Radhika is taking a drastic step because of Dev)...Mansaram says but your childhood marriage...and now Radhika is ready to forget that because of Dev...so she is giving up her years of faith because of Dev...and then says that she does not know how she will survive and walking out and Dev in front looking at her intently...(only in front of her father does she break down)...and then pleads to her father that ask him to go...(Radhika is now scared because her weakness is in front of her)...Dev continues that can he speak to her alone...Radhika is now begging her father that she cannot talk to Dev...Mansaram wisely says that no go because this decision will not only affect you but him, so he also has to know why...In the temple...Dev is flabbergasted at Radhika's reaction and asks her why...and Radhika draws a similarity between the idol and the faith of worshippers seeing God in a statue in the same way the trust of the people in the Rajpurhiti will go away because she entered the Purohit family as Rohan bride...

There she goes, Radhika giving her gurukul bhashan to Dev

Dev is in deep thought...and Dev continues in broken voice that what about their existence and their loves existence and that he is not made of stone and her decision has broken his heart...

I just loved the dialogues here and esp the way Avinash delivered it. absoultly fantastic,

actually when i saw the precap, i thought when he'll come there, the STATE he was in, i thought he would take her hand , pull hers outside holding her hand and saying "chalo mujhe tumse baath karna hai" in the anger+confusion tone...

Radhika's reply that he is getting the recognition in society (so she is taking a step back also because Dev was treated like a glorified servant and he did not have any recognition in society and now he is getting it and she wants him to have it...Chunnu munnu I am so furious at you...you did not show Radhika and Dev's conversation after Dev got to know about the truth regarding his parentage...you spend 3 episodes on Padma's mataam but not a single episode on the lead,...because that would have come into use here...as Radhikas reason behind stepping back...she trying her best to give back to Dev what his dadaji snatched away from him...can we have that conversation as a flashback next week regarding Radhikas thoughts)...anyway Dev continues that if the RP duty is coming as a wall then he will give it up but will never leave her...Radhika is shocked and Dev's got a serious look...Then Anna Hazare on the screen,..heh chunnu munnu send Anaa Hazare to dadaji to read him the riot act.

it was good scene at mansa's house, liked Chenu's reaction when Radh says she wont marry, and Mansa shock...

And Radh expressions were very good when she sees Dev, Rubi did a great job here,

Also do remember that the child marriage is the foundation on which this show is based...

Brilliant and mindblowing acting by Rubina and Avinash...Yes

DDg for him Kohinoor(Radhika) became a stone just because of society what a hypocrite and fraud he is swayed by society hiding behind his chola of society and dharma what kind of Dharma is this that you seperate man and wife and then child and mother and make a illegitmate wife and grandson his bahu and grandson legitmate throw away his actual bahu and her son a glorified servant till now. Does he have no mind of his own to think ,does he need someone to come to his dharma sabha or write a letter to visualise this. Did he have no brains to think what society will say before the engagement of Dev and Radhika.One way I am really happy that BB pushed him and now I want someone else to push him maybe his favorite Majli bahu or psycho Barkha and he goes back to a comatose situation where he is not even be aware of what is happening and Radhika and Dev will deal with their problems. Dadaji is in love with his image and will do anything to preserve it...spciety is just an excuse. If he was so society conscious then why is he keeping Padma, his son's mistress in his house? When they were showing ME and I was listening to dadajis dialgues I understood why kashi maharaj kept quiet regarding his uture at the hands of badi bahu...Kashi maharaj needs to get back again and again set a chain of events leading to further punishment of dadaji.

Like all of you said Mansa is far better then the so called RP or DDg. He gave correct advice to Radhika Liked the way Dev stood up to DDg and also liked the oath he took that he wants RPship with Radhika or only Radhika no RP title or responsibilities. Yes.

I am sure next week Mohini will drop her pearls od wisdom about the letter. I am hoping for that...I want the old Mohini back...the one who used to dropt the pearls of wisdom...she was more fun that way.

Its a very interesting track and very gripping and this point has to come out and sorted before the public RADEV marriage takes place or they proceed further in life together.Yes it is provided the creatives do not again spoil the track themselves...they do have a knack for it.

And Radh expressions were very good when she sees Dev, Rubi did a great job here, Yes...her fear was showing that her weakness is in front of her.

It was good to him giving her the permission to go with Dev, Yes...it was...the decision will affect both their lives so Dev should hear it for himself.

I started with Rubinas splendid acting and will end with Avinash's equally very good acting. These two are very good in emotional scenes and their chemistry takes care of the rest when they are in a face off. So chunnu munnu you did not give us these emotional scenes (and by chunnu munnu I don't mean the writers...but also am including the channel team, editor and director)...instead you put us through a Barkha crap fest where she was inserted into each and every scene artificially, scenes were artificially created to justify her presence while logic and emotions disappeared from the show and now you have seen the result. Your TRP came down to 1.25 ...so now have you got it in your head whom the audience want to see and who is the lead...Radhika is the lead, Barkha is a minor character whom personally I have no interest in seeing...I used to like her but since you have forced her down my throat at the expense of the leads, at the expense of the leads emotions, at the expense of logical screenplay...I now take her as a carricature...and switch off whenever she comes on the screen...also Dev is the male lead and Rohan is the secondary character. I don't mind the secondary and minor characters having their own stories but that does not mean that that leads will lose their place in the story.

finally we got to see a good episode, where RaDev were given some dialogues and given the space to express themselves to eachother...If only they were given this during the last 10 days

For me it was Rubina who stole the show...loved how she portrayed the pain of Radh...Yes and also Radhika quiet dignity and anger.
and at the same time Dev was the Hero 😳 yes😆

hope to see more of Dev in the Monday's episode.
though i have very little expectations, but we still can hope dont we!😕...that we can ...hoping that some sense will enter the cv's mind.

Also do remember that the child marriage is the foundation on which this show is based...

But society in large should know what is right and what is wrong. Wrong is to let a girl accept all the balme for whatever her part in the game (here false marraige and its repercussions...its not entire Rads fault, his Gs rohan was evil enough to not let everyone know abt the truth), wrong is to ask others sacrifice for the false pride and name of a house- what is more worse let any innocent girl suffer or accepting the truth and go down fighting. I so wished rads to have asked certain viable points regarding RPjis false belief in upholding Dharma and justice at teh expence of individuals. I dont see any logic in Rads submission and accepting Rps views on dharma..she is a fighter, if not for herslef she shud atleast make Rp see reasons...then stepping back i wud have applauded her courage. anyways my point somebody (dev or Radhika) shud ask him questions abt his actions and false beliefs. I want intelligent writing and not this laid back/false ideologies to carry out theuir ultimate goal of bride swapping.

Now i must say i did not like the entire episode but only the last part(and mansaram support for her daughter) with dev and his sensible approach and powerful confrontation with DDg. But i dont know if he deduced that it was DDg who asked Rads to step back (indirectly in sugar coat😡). It would have made a wonderful scene if he wud hav guessed it asked what reasons he hav for repeating his actions when he was repenting the same actions few days back in RPtilak. I did not liek first part of Radhika and DDg confrontation (actingwiase cant comment but must be superclass) coz i didnot see why an intelligent and self defiant girl can buy these false argument abt dhrama from a person who has never did anything but adharma. I so wished even if she had back down (which was expected once devs name n reputation at stake) she give a piece of lesson about what is Dharma for a society. i believe dharma is to set things right in society even if you get to suffer in process. But society in large should know what is right and what is wrong. Wrong is to let a girl accept all the balme for whatever her part in the game (here false marraige and its repercussions...its not entire Rads fault, his Gs rohan was evil enough to not let everyone know abt the truth), wrong is to ask others sacrifice for the false pride and name of a house- what is more worse let any innocent girl suffer or accepting the truth and go down fighting. I so wished rads to have asked certain viable points regarding RPjis false belief in upholding Dharma and justice at teh expence of individuals. Read about the new promo of Dev marrying barkha and rads again Sindoor bin suhagan, this time looks its DDg further pressure that wud make Rads ask Brakha to marry Dev without poor Devs knowledge (here i would say more than rads its Dev who is always suffering from all this societ norms n what not..even thinking abt these stuffs make me hate how these false traditions of society..last time its was unknown kul of Rads this time false marriage which noone is willing to disclose😡)- I feel this is uncalled twist Cvs are trying to get short trps..i dont know who good this move wud prove for shows number specially when most of indian viewers like seeing leads getting tortured but personally i hate is separation of lead is on the basis of such old traditions. in Cb1 it worked coz it was very fresh idea and infact that looked original but this timesince i dont see reasoning in Rads backing down from marrying Dev just coz DDg told her its for greater good for RP family😡 which is entirely wrong in my pov so kind of hard to digest this is basis of fuure story. My only hope is whatever they show atleast include loads of emotional scenes and good direction so that even if something is not dpleasant storywise, it shud make majority hook for emotional quotient...

In the end just wish to share my understanding on these big issues of Dharama and truth (personally as long as people are happy, safe and ones action does not harm others its waht dharma and justice to society is)

Dharma for society is to correct what is wrong and not keep carrying the wrong for the sake of false name and respect. Dharma is to set things right and if in process you have to bear pain then so be it. Dharma is to chnage society for good...get rid of evil belief, lie/accusing a girl if she is marrrying second time..why not tell off people who wud not believe about first marriage truth that even if she is married so what.. why cant she marrry again coz the first son is no good and now they are divorced or whatever...i mean thr can be n ways to bring the truth in open and set things right than again repeat the same cycle...

But this RP is always finding easy way out...what he did in his house from begining is the proof of his spineless immoral acts...first making his Son's life hell by his second marriage, then not revealing the true evil of his family in front of society (why not tell world how bad your DIL and GS-virat/rohan are to uphold justice in society...these people are social evils and needs punishment) and now making Rads take this hard step by using Devs reputation n all..Whr is reputation in this when a family known for truth and justice is full of lies and injustice...

Seema what you have written is all true...but Zee is a very regressive channel so why should it show intelligent writing?...does ZEE want to improve the quality of its soaps? I have not seen any sign of it...they always go for artificial dramas and hence they are slipping in GEC. Did you watch Saregamapa Lil champs Independence day episode...there the anchor says that now the kids will be singing Rashtriya geet and the kids started singing the national anthem which is Rashatriya Gaan and not Rashtriya Geet. Any patriotic song in Rashtriya geet. So if zee tv does not have the common sense and knowledge to know the difference between Rashtriya Gaan and Rashtriya geet, can we really expect them to give us intelligent scripts. ...and more importantly do they really care?.

Dont know if New CVs even remember anything related to first 5 months of show or even past two months of radev fight against evil Rohan or BB, they only focus on DDg and his love for Barkha, padma and her love for Barkha...they seems to be changing the essesnce of the show coz i dont know how kanha will allow second marriage of Barkah. no mattaer RaDev are already married but how cankanha let Dev-barkha marraige happen. arent cvs trying to create differnt angle to teh show...Dev marrying barkha is history repeating..DDg did same tiing to Devs father and again doing it to Dev

I don't know what it is going to happen in ME so will first see what they are going to show and then comment. I don't think the writers have any say in the story...if one looks at all the zee shows then one can see similar tracks running through all of them...this shows that the story is controlled by the zee creatives...they are the ones dictating what to write and the writers just have to follow what they are saying. ...and what you have written is true...they were pushing Dev and Radhika towards the side and glorifying Barkha, Padma...well the audience gave them their answer through TRP regarding whom they really want to see...
