Ok, I am almost afraid to post this video because I have chosen a very unconventional song BUT I love this song but it is from one of my absolutely favorite bands'.there are many many interpretations of the song but this is the one I like'

Even unconditional and passionate love can become a burden (an iron weight) both for the person loving and the person being loved' The person singing the song is admitting that her love is too intense making it a burden and all the emotional intensity drags the beloved down'..

Initially, even before Kesar realized that he was in love with Gulaal, his feelings towards her were so intense and most of the time he would end up hurting her. He lived with this confusion and turmoil for such a long time and it weighed down on him'.

Anywho, for those of you who have been missing the angry, confused Kesu...this VM is all about him...😳

Anjali - Very honestly, I'm not a fan of English songs for storylines and couple settings as the ones in Gulaal - but this was one wonderful VM. The concept underlying your editing was powerful - and well matched by the editing!

In some ways the line between 'endless love' and 'obsessions' is almost indistinguishable and Gulaal - for all the chaos in her life with men who loved her - was one lucky woman because both Kesar and Dushyant in their own respective time grew into lovers who's love truly beat and buried the obsession in their feelings for her! Dushyant's obsession to own her; and Kesar's possessive streak about sharing exclusivity with Gulaal which no one else could!

Again - kudos to your theme and choice of song. 👏 And yes, brownie points to try something so different! ⭐️

It took me a while to let the English song sink into the Kes-Gul context, but sink in it did ...

Very well portrayed on Kesar - I especially loved the last few moments of the song ..and the point when the stone drops from his hand ...

I for one love that scene - especially the point at which his outraged temper just breaks into a frustrated, untended resignation of sort! Oh his dilemma - and its extent to hurt her more than anyone with far less love for her could! There's a point beyond which you begin to wonder if the benediction of love was even worth the price! Ofc, since this story is about GK being ideal, Kesar comes around... but what if he hadn't?! That could be a sad and complicated but very interesting other angle to treat the story!

Nice VM dear..Each n every scene was perfectly matched with the lyrics...👏

"Who z the betrayer?
who z the killer in the crowd?
the one who creeps in corridors
and doesn't make a sound" : this part was interesting...😊

Thanks VJ...I can understand it takes a while for the song to sink in but I am so glad you liked it. The last scene is my fav one too - anger, turns to resignation😊
