I cant seem to stop posting after viewing the Maha epi...there were some awwwsum moments & some hawwsome (as in shocking) moments. Wanted to share my take with u guys...
The 😍 moments:-
1. Angad questioning Tej that what makes him think that he married Laxmi out of sympathy or on being emotional? Shut him up properly man!! Was waiting ki kab kaun isska munh bandh karaaye! Then him admitting that he was aware of his actions & their implications & though what he did was in a haste, it was the right thing to do!! waah!! Angad...u can stand up for yourself & that is heartening!
2. When Shobna started dragging Laxmi out of the house, Angad held her hand firmly & asked Shobna to let go!!⭐️ His next few lines made me swoon...he told Shobna that you decided not to do the griha pravesh of your daughter in law, but i will not let her go from here! She is my wife & I cant see anyone torturing her. Her respect is now my respect!👏👏 Man!! He doesnt even love her...& he says all this to his beloved mom...this man is from Mars & def not human!!
3. When Kaaveri hears Mahen admitting to himself that what he did for Laxmi was correct, their ensuing convo was v heart touching!! Both of them complimenting each other was cute but funny too...trying to outdo each other!! 😆Mahen actually embraced her...& didnt seem heart broken. Happy that they didnt butcher his character!!
4. Angad sharing his dilemma with Laxmi...even though it was like a friend, but isnt friendship the first step to a successful marriage?
5. Him telling her...both she & his mom are important to him & he doesnt want to lose either of them?!! aww...how sweet!!
6. Angad's constant references to movies when Laxmi spoke up!!😆 was so cute & hilarious!! What took the cake was when he uttered whether Laxmi had done a PhD in hindi movie dialogues!! 🤣That too when Laxmi was trying to be a matyr & be mahaan...i have caused the rift between u& your parents, I need to do something etc etc...Angad is the most practical person on any TV show!!! Even I felt Laxmi was being too filmy!!!
7. Kaaveri stopping Shobna from slapping Laxmi...ok so i expected Angad to do that...but Shobna would have flown off the wall if he did it...so Kaaveri stopping her was good enough...& how nice of Kaaveri too!! Her own heart was broken by what happened earlier...& by Shobna's allegations...but she stood by Laxmi!! Now only if Laxmi can stand up for herself!!
8. Some bits in the precap were so cute too...Angad calling Laxmi Mrs Laxmi Angad Purohit...ooh!!
Now for some 😲 moments(not including the bloopers which have been listed in another thread):-
1. Mahen in a wheelchair with his head hanging on one side...it was really quite shocking!! God knows what treatment he was given at the hospital!!! Glad Vijay was equally concerned about Mahen & rushed to his side!
2. Shobna was expected to be really unhappy about the alliance, but her blaming Kaaveri for plotting the marriage was a bit too much!! She said so many things to & about Kaaveri that it was really sad that one sister can have so much of hatred for another! Settling old scores indeed...Shobna let all her past grievances come out & how!!
3. Shobna not accepting Laxmi was understood, but she went a step further & broke all ties with Angad too!!! & Vijay also supported her...huh?? Like is he saying he loves or ever loved his wife?? At least listen to what he wants to say!!
4. Tej, of all people, telling dadaji that he should have stopped the emotional fool aka Angad from committing such a big mistake...like...who are u mister??? This family's biggest mistake...or mebe second biggest after Shobna!!
5. Kaaveri begins to touch Mahen's feet...she is so moved by what he did for Laxmi!! I was moved too...but touching feet??? no way yaar!!
5. Laxmi calling Shobna Maa & Vijay bapuji so easily!!😲 Woh maane na maane, unko ek beti mil hi gayi...😆after all their good for nothing daughter jo gaayab ho gayi hai!! But seriously Laxmi, give the guys a break...they are in too much of a shock to take in being called Maa Bapuji!!
6. Angad admitting that he never thought about Laxmi in that way & is perplexed about the current situation. Relax man!! Dont keep rubbing it in that you dont love Laxmi...u just got married...Love will happen!!
7. Laxmi & her mahaanta!! She wants to mend Angad's relations with his parents!!!🤪If they didnt listen to Angad, what chance does she have?!!!😡 She should have heeded Angad's warning when he admitted that his mom doesnt like Laxmi & her going in front of her will only aggravate her further!!
8. When Angad asks her to stop being so harsh, she actually says who are u?huh??? side effects of a shock?? Memory loss??!! Her following words cracked me up...How come whosoever is coming & calling them Maa Babuji...😆 eh.. koi toh keh raha hai...yur track record is going down the hill & i can smell Uttang Raandal track if the show survives next review!!so u will be son-less soon!!
9. In the precap Laxmi seems to be setting up her bedding next to the bed, on the floor!!😲 Angad in a v relaxed frame mentions that he doesnt love Laxmi but she does...double 😲😲.. & then after reminding her of their friendship, pulls his covers & goes off to sleep...hhhuhh?😲😲😲😲😲...so he is ok with Laxmi sleeping on the floor while he laps up the bed??weird...!!
