I enjoy working out at the gym and visit it regularly after my pack up. I make sure to hit the gym at least four or five days a week. I have a personal trainer who plans an exercise regime according to my body type.
My trainer makes sure that I have a complete workout including chest, shoulders, legs and abs. After the workout, I also do some cardio exercises. Everyone's body requires at least two days rest, so I don't workout on the days but take a break from the gym too.
