I get that they want to keep the sonakshi character in play - because, let's admit it, triangles are interesting and grip viewers. If Naina and Daksh are in love, there must be an external problem that keeps them from confessing to everyone.
However, I must say that I am disappointed in the REASON. Both Naina and Daksh are highly principled and it seems very wrong on their part to lie to Sonakshi, keep her in the dark for the SELFISH reason of having her fight for Akruti. This is unworthy of them. Sonakshi is fighting the case on the assumption that Akruti is family. If the engagement was broken off, she would hate the Patwardhans. Is it not wrong of Daksh and Naina to use her like this?
IMO, it would ahve been better if they came back and found sonakshi ill and on the verge of a breakdown. It would have been a better reason to keep the truth from her, say if a doctor had advised that she should be handled wiht care and DN decided that she must not be told the truth while she is ill. That would have been ok.
But I don't like this reason. It doesn't seem like Daksh or Naina to do this, to go behind a girl's back and deceive her. So far, it was ok because they just confessed their love. But from here on, it is extremely wrong. I do hope they don't drag this too long. I would hate to not approve of these two lovely characters.
