How is Arnav better than Shyam anyway?!

To begin with, I love Arnav :P

But, my point is: we're calling Shyam a creep, pervert, weirdo, etc. coz he's married to Anjali, tells her he loves her, yet checks Khushi out relentlessly and keeps thinking about her even when he's with Anjali.

Come to think of it, our hero is very similar! The only thing that was left was to tell Lavanya he loves her, which he pretty much does today. So, he has a girlfriend (Shyam has a wife), he tells her he loves her (so does Shyam), and yet he checks Khushi out and keeps thinking of her. Of course, Shyam does it in a more creepy way, but Arnav is no less intensity-wise.

On top of everything (while Shyam hasn't yet tried to touch her), he leaves no chance of touching her - be it carrying her in his arms, holding her close, hug-picking her off the road, etc. etc. etc.

For the record, of course, I love the fact that he leaves no chance of touching her/staring unabashedly. But, just to differentiate between the hero and the anti hero, the CVs should either make him break up with Lavanya or well .. erm something!

OMG, my point exactly! i was talking about it just yesterday with my friend!

I love arnav! and yes, i can see he is falling for khushi. he should take some time to find out what those feelings actually are! although i didnt like lavanya at first, now i sort of feel bad for her as she is the one who is going to end up being hurt as she does love arnav :(

I love the term hug picking, very funny. You hit the nail right on the head, when you made the similarites to Shyam and Arnav. Shyam is creepy and married and Arnav is in a relationship which is about to be moved to the next level of moving in. Now CVs have to do something like Arnav realizing he is only misleading Lav1ya. Poor Lav I think she thinks that her relationship will end in marriage. Maybe Nani will tell her the cold hard truth and she will leave Arnav. This in turn may give Arnav the kick in the pantsa that he needs to understand women. Hey Arnav women are not objects they are have feelings and emotions which can not be played with. BTW I love Arnav! So Hot!

Most of us including me hates shyam and finds him a cheater by thinking that he is Anjali's husband.

We all love to see ASR, but what is the truth, he is also committing a mistake by falling for khushi when he is in a relationship with lavanya.

Then also there comes a point that there is difference between girlfrnd and wife. But i think relationships should be made in mind. Only difference between these two is the presence of rituals and contract.

Being in a relationship without any love for the respective partner is also a crime. Arnav has the courage to accept that he has a girlfrnd and he is even ready to go and live with her. Then what he donot have is love!!!!!!!!!!!

We all know that Lavanya is not a good match for ASR but Whatever it may be cheating one is cheating, there is no other name for that crime.

To be honest I understand all points here BUT we must realise that Lavanya is a modern girl who doesn't mind taking it to the next level...Infact to me she is basically throwing herself at him n enjoying evry bit of her time...Arnav at the moment is confused with his feelings n is trying to make sense..he is retaliating at all costs but cannot overcome this..His way of dealing with such feelings is to form a stronger relationship with Lavanya in the hope of forgetting Khushi..once n for all..After all she did say she was going to go away from his sights forever...

Well maybe becoz we all realized that Lavanya kinda actually loves Arnav! 😕 so yeah your point is right, but Arnav still does not know or understands his feelings for Khushi n he has no intention (as of now) of betraying Lavanya, while Shyam is doing everything deliberately! 🤢

I agree with you to a lot extent but there is a subtle difference between Arnav and Shyam. Not advocating Arnav because his actions will break a heart eventually but just to site the difference between the two -

Shyam is two timing in his sound mind. He is very well aware of his feelings and love for Khushi and yet he "enacts" the role of a perfect hubby and perfect son-in-law/bro-in-law...An intentional dishonest misdeed is creepy...

Whereas

Arnav is in a state where he hasnt recognized his love for Khushi. He is still battling with himself to decipher his uneasiness and jitteriness when it comes to Khushi. In his fight with self, he is trying to desperately cling to Lavanya because he is forcing himself to believe that his love is Lavanya...He cannot love Khushi...This forceful endeavour of his will take him more closer to Khushi but he still attempts every second to convince himself that Lavanya is the one and not Khushi...After all he is Arnav Singh Rayzaada, he cannot be in a "serious" love...

This subtle difference of inadvertent and intentional play is what makes Arnav and Shyam stand on opp sides of the line...By being aware of his actions and deceit, he becomes a face of evil while Arnav battles his gushing feelings making him human...

Do I agree with Arnav - Not really because a heart is soon gng to break...No matter how Lavanya is, she truly loves Arnav but can I fight the human side of things - Naah!!

I agree that both are deceiving their spouse or girlfriends in their own way but ASR is atleast not pretending to be someone else or trying to go after some other chick knowingly when he is with Lavanya... Arnav is not deceiving Lavanya while Shyam is deceiving Anjali and doesn't care two hoots about it, he holds her and thinks about someone else... This is the difference between both of them... its the will and heart of the two guys that sets them apart. Arnav is with Lavanya because he thinks she understands him, and would be a convenient girlfriend for him... she does whatever he wants and he doesn't need to be nice or sugary about it. Shyam is with Anjali for unknown reasons so can't comment on that.

arnav is better than shyam see when u r 100% sure only u r going tomarry that girl. even after marrying nice girl like anjali he is thinking of khushi 😲 i think arnav will never do that 😆
