What can be gained from court case?

Just thinking about this court case and I feel it is slightly immature and hasty.

What do the Patwardhans hope to gain from suing Ayush?

1) He will marry Akruti. Do they really want this? Akruti to marry such a GHATIYA chap? Better to be a single mother, I feel - less stress and ugliness in your life.

2) Monetary compensation. Unlike the Patwardhans to be so money minded. Besides, it will feel like paisa khaake chup rahe.

3) Apology and clearing of her name. To make a big shooshaa so that Akruti is upheld not as a loose girl but someone who was betrayed in love. This is the only benefit I can see from this case - because badnami is a given, so better clear your name to the best extent possible. But is this worth a court case?

4) Revenge/Teach Ayush a lesson. This is a good reason but again, is it worth the trouble?. how does it solve Akruti's problem?

And on top of this, Dakshna have to sacrifice much to fight this case. It seems like a half baked idea to me 😕

It sounds things are going to be disaster - Sonakshi files a case against Ayush [i think that girl is trying to establish her win over Naina that Naina hid the matter from all and made the things vulgar and she is the person who saves them from such a difficulty]. Don't you think that it is a foolish thought to move like that this much soon. If Ayush has a mind to regret, it will be spoilt. Also, all the privacy of that girl should be revealed in the court in front of all. I think b4 filing a case, they have to approach in a compromise manner and give him a right thought. Also, if that girl does like that it will be difficult for our Dakshna to unite. If Ayush has to accept Aku due to a court order, he never love Aku. I hope, Daksh will be able to convince this matter to family.

Seriously yaar..this court and all that its just very hasty and stupid on their part 😕.Its going to put patwardan's into more trouble and it will lead to more badnammi and hungama .I can understand that psycho😡 is in hurry to prove her upper hand over naina,lekin sab ko le doobegi

But whats wrong with naina???.Can't she see the consequences? Y she is giving lectures to aku about "ladaai", "haq" and all that, dumbo and she is asking dakshu to convince family members for this..how stupid😕

And What will be gained by getting aku forcefully married to ayush?? It would be much better if ayush realizes his mistake..offo..where are the cv's leading this issue??

I hope kaka maintains his stand of not taking this issue to court and this court kacheri doesn't happen,because its going to create problems between dakshna because if naina forces daksh to take this matter to court, if something wrong happens...oh I can't imagine......

i too cant digest the idea by miss sonakshi joshi...!!

no doubt akruti may get justice if wins the case but it has more disadvantages...!

It is still Indian culture where this story is taking place. Fighting the court case would just bring defame to akruti's name. Right now only one family knows the truth apart from them. But getting the case in court is gonna bring it to the notice of everyone

Sanket's idea seems better and ends the trauma for akruti. If in any case Akruti doesnt want to abort her child and bring it to this world, then Daksh and Naina should take her somewhere away where she has her child and then they can come back announcing they adopted a child together. That would allow Kkruti to have her child in peace and also get the child the respect he deserves in future too.

seriously... n what m i more worried abt is sonakshi...we know how is she..

she going for fighting up this case and then winning it..putting dakshna in a position where dakshna parents wll feel that it is all because of sonakshi and we r in debt and grateful to her and dakshna needs to sacrifice thier love .. n naina taking her step back..😡

Oh no..I hope SSBN CV's don't follow this.If sonakshi wins the case...then we can forget dakshna...nahi..I am even frightened to think about it😭

And all this daily soaps, where viewers eagerly keep waiting fr lead pairs to fall in love and get together,once they are a pair😛, phir tension ki kab judaai aur gham aajaye unke beech.😕,kahi seperate naa ho jaaye😡..😭

Pehle milne ka intezaar ,phir seperate hone ka tension..kya yaar, when this daily soaps are going to change this concept???

Hope SSBN turns out to be different😊

seriously i was keeping my mind away while i was watching it.. i was making my mind deliberately think that naina will not support sonakshi decision bt as soon as she did that i was like gai bhaes pani mein... and then my doubts got more grip when sonakshi deliberately dint listened anything that daksh wanted to say and naina saying we first have to tkcr of akruti... damn damn damn! fine tk cr of akruti bt this way u r giving false hope to a mad women who just said ur vahini will be dere...n yeh mein apno k liye kar ri hun ...

n seriously what are they thinking? jo banda(person) pyar se nahi maana..ladai se ni maana aise manega...??

fine maan bhi jaye bt will that be a perfect solution?? he will acpt akruti n her child but will he anyway keep her happy??he will torture her to no end...

I agree with all of you, I'm thinking Ayush and his parents will not want the matter to go to court either as so far they have not much badnaami and will try to settle out of court, well I hope anyway. and cutepigs idea is a gud 1.

i agree and wish the same as all of you. They should just threaten Ayush with court, I'm sure he and his parents will not want to go to court as so far they have not had much badnaami and cutepigs idea is good too.
