Manasi Parekh Gohil. Ali: Age no bar

Actor Manasi Parekh Gohil and child artist Ali share an amazing bond
Television had a unique couple and they both yet continue their relationship post the show. We are talking about none other than actress Manasi Parekh Gohil and child artist Ali who shared a great bond on the sets of Star Plus' show Gulaal. And now as the story has taken a leap, Ali is no more a part of the show. But does this make any difference to their friendship? We are sure it doesn't!
While Ali was a part of the show, he married Manasi who was more than double his age it was something that was never shown on television in the past. Though Ali isn't working with her anymore, whenever Manasi gets the time, she meets him and teases him. "I like to tease Ali and tell him that you were married an aunt. And I am sure all his friends in school must be teasing him that an aunt is his wife. We have a good laugh about it," says Manasi.
Though we actually didn't gone through the marriage ceremony on the show, the whole relationship that Ali and I shared on screen has been shown beautifully. And now that he isn't around I miss him and we are great buddies.
Friendship day just being around the weekend, we are sure these two buddies will have an amazing time and celebrate the day with a lot of fun and merriment.

Ali Haji had given a lovely performance as Kesuda, the boy who was adorable, sweet, naughty, emotional and a brat all together. Their bonding reflected onscreen too.

They brought so much warmth to KG's bond! Loved their chemistry so much! On a a side note, TOI need to sort out their grammatical errors!

Awww Ali and Mansi indeed formed a one of a kind never seen before duo onscreen - but then, everything about this show is pretty much first time on Indian TV, starting with constant delivery!

On a side note - I wish articles would stop resorting to summing up the GK bond as child married lady twice his age all the time - preferential depiction of facts is such a misleading force for those who don't actually watch the show and as a consequence of such articles come to ignorant conclusions of their own. The negative publicity from such an inadequate and essentially incorrect projection of GK is so uncalled for!

@bold - that is so true. I initially never watched Gulaal and that was particularly for this reason that a child married to a lady twice his age. It sounded so horrible at that time. It wasn't until my sister told me that LTL fans were watching this show that I said there has got to be more than just a child marrying a lady twice his age and I am glad I changed my mind and watched the show. I was very surprised that the show actually had a story though I am not surprised that it did not get the ratings. You know you actually need to use your brain in order to understand Gulaal and if you look at the shows in the top 10 none of them require the use of brain and hence gulaal would have never been in the ratings.
Gulaal actually needed to be promoted differently than other shows and star plus failed to realize that it is a different show and they should have focued on the difference and not the drama. I remember watching the promo on IF when gulaal was going to get married to kesar and I seriously thought star plus lost their brain by doing this. If they had focused on why she is doing this in the promo or promoted the reasons as to why gulaal is doing what she is doing consistently then I think it would have been a hit but star plus did not do that they just focused on the drama aspect of the show.
