Angad Hasija popular as Alekh of Bidaai hails from Chandigarh, the city which gave the industry beautiful actress Poonam Dhillon.
He is a proud Punjabi and gets the VIP treatment every time he goes back to his city. However, the actor hasn't been to Chandigarh for quite sometime now and is missing his city. His tight shooting schedule doesn't allow him to take a flight back to his hometown. But now that he is going to die in Siddarthy Tewary's Phulwa, he intends to go to his home and his mother.
A homesick Angad is looking forward to a much deserved break after shooting non-stop for Phulwa. He says, "Chandigarh is neat, clean and a beautiful city. It will be a welcome change for me to visit my hometown. I am dying to meet family and folks. It will be a welcome change from the hustle bustle of Mumbai. I will come back with a bang after this short break."
