The fact that he has almost seen it so many times points to the fact that he will see it eventually, I think. I do think the first thing that crosses his mind if he discovers the photo himself would be that Geet is trying to trap him. But hopefully this is where daadi ad Dev will come in and explain things to him, including the Taveez. I think the possible storyline of him knowing she is his wife, but still feeling distant because he doesn't remember as a lot of potential for interesting drama and lots of romantic tension. I think He would be uncomfortable with the idea that he ever married someone like Geet and try to deny his feelings for her, as they come back, and then slowly he will learn to give in, when he loses control and lets go of his inhibitions (like Behne De, Disco/Pari scene).

Also, I think if he found the photograph and realised Geet was his wife, it would give her the opportunity to be a little more forward and outspoken with him. Right now she is being extremely cautious so as to not tamper with his delicate head but if he found out himself, there would probably be more she could do. I love the rare occasions when she initiates their romantic moments as opposed to pushing him away and there is potential for this if he knows their relationship.

Another scenario I would love, is if Maan doesn't remember her as his wife, but finds out that she is, feels bad about how he has been treating her and asks her in a somewhat business-like way about what happened, how they met, fell in love and got married. She could then tell him the story, or about moments they had...This could be a throwback to the "film" scene where Maan narrates their story and also be a great flashback episode for us. She could break down at some point during the story, despite trying to tell him as matter-of-factly as possible, and he would be compelled to comfort her with an awkward hand on her shoulder or something. A surprise for him, her and us!
