Hello!
So, during episode 28, after Arnav drops Khushi home, Payal says aloud that she's going to go call Shyam to let him know Khushi's home, as she says this, Arnav stops and pays a lot of attention to it, almost curious. So, I'm assuming Shayam is not crazy to tell Khushi and co. his real name, he must have 2 names, one for Arnav and Anjali and the other for Khushi.
So I'm guessing that Shyam will come up a lot times by Khushi or in reference to Khushi and Arnav will get more curious and jealous and look him up... and then find out he's his brother in law...
It's one of the many possibilities..right?
