Maan for the first time in these 30 months went to his old room where she shifted, he went through her things to get some clue, some thing that could help, but he found none. Then he went to her room in the outhouse and searched there, and he found a photograph under the newspaper lining in the cupboard, it was a family picture, he went to Dev and asked who was who, and Dev told him "this is Darjee, her grandfather, this her father Mohinder and this her aunt and uncle, these are her cousins Brij and Rajji and this is her bro Titoo and this one is her mother Rano", then Maan asked him the details of HSPur and the time when he was there, which Dev supplied for once Maan asked him how he knew so much, and he replied that once he gets back his memory he will know because if he told him the details he will sure be thrown again "bro, I have done my redemption and am not capable of going through more punishment, so its better that you recall everything on your own" Maan shrugged and thought that he really needs to find as a lot is hidden in those days.
Next day, he told Jeet that he was going for a trip for few days and he should behave properly with every one and left in his Jeep. He did not even once glanced back at the instructions and directions given by Dev, those roads seemed very familiar to him, as he was nearing HSPur he crossed a jungle and what he saw was a girl in blue suit with her head covered running and few men with swords in their hands were chasing her, he ran behind but they all vanished in thin air; he shrugged and his head started spinning, he went to find his tablets but he had left them. He sat for a while and continued his journey he must have just crossed a km when he again saw that girl, a man from behind hit her with a khanzar and she fell down, then another man pulled his sword and was about to hit her when he shouted "NO" and ran but everything vanished in thin air; he sat there shaking; he was sure that girl was Geet, but he was not able to assemble things and fainted.
When he woke he found himself in a room and when he tried to stand up a lady who was sitting near the door shouted "Maan Babu has regained his conscious" he was surprised how that lady knew his name, and then he noticed, a photo frame hanging on the wall, it was his wedding photo with her and in the middle stood the same old man whom Dev said was her Darjee. Just then a man entered the room "Maan Babu, have some water, I will ask my wife to prepare tea and snacks for you, or will you prefer having dinner" Maan looked at him and said "tea and snacks will do, but where I am?" the man smiled and said "Handa Haveli"
