So what exactly are you angry about joe? That these guys aren't passionate about their job but can do the job well get paid a lot?🤔
"

no, I am angry abt the indian condition, not the UK, where there is actual work ethic irrespective of the passion. here these guys in the bank are a bunch of fools. they were supposed to give us interest of 5000 on one account, but gave 500 because the bank manager calculated 5 * 1000 as 500. Moron. 😆

Oh c'mon, every bank makes mistakes and will now and then overcharge you or give you less than you deserve. We all know about the mistakes made by UK and US banks and what the lack of regulation led to, hell I did a 20 page report on it last semester! lol I can't imagine why RBS would risk employing workers with no real work ethic in India and put their reputation and image at risk.

Hi Friends,
Nice topic!!!
Thought of posting few words about this topic.
So do you think folks working in night shifts don't do good job...I mean why do you feel that they donot work well...
Onething for sure with the world becoming a global village...restricting oneself to 9 to 5 job is quite impractical...and above all as one moves ahead in career ..when they get into higher level positions..say middle management...higher management positions then they do need to interact with folks across the globe in different time zones...so if we love our job and respect our profession...shift should not be an issue.
There is nothing wrong or nothing difficult in changing the sleep timings for having a good career and above all hardwork is essential to make life meaningful...we don't get into beter position in life without doing hardwork...Sorry for the gyan session...but felt sad seeing the night shift jobs being looked down...
Cheers!!!!
Have a lovely weekend all of you...

Hiii Friend!!!
Any job is not mean or less as long as we do it with self esteem .Speaking is a combination of several factors and skills. In BPO no one speaks whatever they want ...to speak sensible stuff one needs lots of acumen and these skills will be developed when you work in a BPO.
Again!!!All Nightshifts jobs are not BPO ...working in night shift is just an adjustment we/company is making in serving better and working better.
Cheers!!!
