kools .. whichever news channel you put on... thats the topic of debate ...

like for example " resilience or livelihood ? " ..

anyone you interview on the street .. the tone is the same " this is not resilience , this is compulsion ... we live in fear , but we can't help it ..we have to go on with our lives " ...

one guy continued .. " what do u want me to say ? i was with a guy drinking tea at 4 o clock .. and by 6 o clock he had lost his left leg " .. thats when i changed the channel ...

even the celebs are giving the same quotes when interviewed .. anupam kher had come on a show ... he said the same thing too ..

pretty much everyone is sick of the phrase "spirit of mumbai " ..

I was there when Uddhav Thakre came to hospital today. Full press was there. Hospital block kar diya. The Dean and the HOD of Surgery Dept were accompanying them, whereas at such times, Dean and HOD are SO BUSY! I said, koi kaam dhandha nahi hai kya aaj in logon ko jo politicians ko tour de rahe hain? 😡 Seedha seedha bolna chahiye ministers ko, bhai, you toh don't work, humko to kaam karne do! 😡 Felt sorry for both, Dean Sir and Surgery Dept HOD sir (Not posting name here). Uddhav Thakre ke liye itna kar rahe hain, bakiyon ke liye kitna karenge? Abhi to CM ayenge, governor ayenge, poor poor Dean Sir! 😭

BTW, our Dean is a PAdmashree holder. ⭐️ (Couldn't help bragging, sorry😳, actually I am very proud of my college, hospital and doctors😃.)

In the evening there was tight security at hospital and many people were asked to wait outside. I asked why is this- someone told Sonia Gandhi aa rahi hai shayad. I said, ab woh aa ke kya karegi? 😡 Faltoo mein aur time waste!

arrey .. one politician = a dozen people .. they bring the entire band wagon of their yes-men , bodyguards , and of course the media ppl with their photographers .. to click pics of them meeting the victims ..

aur thakerays ka toh naam hi mat lo ...

they know only to flex their muscles on the poor local migrants .. from other states .. ...

i still remember how pre 26/11 ... they were on a rampage .. and suffered from verbal diarrhea .. but after 26/11 .. bilkul chup .. they went into hibernation for a few weeks .. muh chupakar baithe the ... werent seen anywhere ..

Its very sad , these political leaders dont leave a single opportunity to criticize each other whatever the circumstances be
You know Nikki , i cant stand blood I just cant see anybody getting hurt
Girl it must be really a tough job for you to cure them and give medicines Gosh... Nikki cant even imagine the scene you are describing

Was watching news and let me tell you Raj thakary was actually blaming the other political party for being careless not even a single mention about the people waho lost their life😡
So sick and pathetic😡

rahul gandhi's comments take the cake :

A day after serial blasts rocked Mumbai, Congress general secretary Rahul Gandhi said on Thursday it was impossible to stop all terror attacks.

Addressing a press conference at Bhubaneswar, the Congress MP called for efforts to stop terrorist attacks in the country.

Rahul said that 99 per cent of the terror attacks had been stopped in the country, thanks to various measures, including improved intelligence.

"Over the last couple of years we have taken profound steps. We have improved in leaps and bounds. But terrorism is impossible to stop all the time," the Congress leader said.

He further said, "We work towards defeating it, but it is very difficult to stop all the attacks. Even in US they are being attacked in Afghanistan."

Referring to Wednesday's attack, Gandhi said the response of the government was prompt. "We are responding to it in a quite organised fashion."
