So where did this war of the roses begin? Flashback to the call from Takurain telling SS once again that Krishna must be remarried to keep Prats out of his life for good. Mrs. Nirbuddhi Singh didn't take into account that Krishna was still very much married to Prats and his wife wasn't going to sit back and let him follow his brother's footsteps and enter into a bigamous marriage which was gair-kanooni and totally against her principles. The idea to accept Ganga in lieu of outstanding dues came on the heels of Takurain's call.
Upon arrival SS made sure Takurain knew he had brought her a chutki behan. He made sure Takurain realized she was on the verge of getting tossed out of the Niwas. SS is man with pride to boot. The fact that Takurain kept him out of the loop, outwitted him and managed to con the son he takes pride in as his heir apparent and very much like him got his goat. His punishment included stripping her off her power and status...the only things of any value to her in life. SS may have seen her as a heartless mother using her son to settle a score with a daughter in law she saw as a threat to her Takur throne. Krishna was in fact an innocent pawn and victim in her scheme to oust Prats.
One important statement made by SS could be a clue. He told his family when Komal followed him to his room that they all had FILTHY MINDS FILLED WITH FILTHY THOUGHTS. He even reminded them that he had not married Ganga but brought her to take care of his needs now that his wife was useless to him.
In such situations as the one between SS/Ganga people tend to think the worst and hope to be proven wrong than to give the man the benefit of the doubt. In Indian society all a man has to do is direct lecherous looks at a young girl and she is blamed for attracting such lewd attention even if she is clueless about the existence of such a person who may even engage from afar.
POPS may try to push the envelope when it comes to suggesting such vile happenings in society. But as always when Prats Ban Jayeee is there, there is nothing to fear😆. Krishna is already feeling awkward about the situation and he doesn't see his father stoop that low as to engage in extra marital affair with a young girl old enough to be his daughter. They already had their face off on the day SS arrived with Ganga. That may have been enough for Krishna to know that his father had other plans to set his mother straight.
If we pay attention to SS's reactions at the dining table on a few occasions, his intent seems to be stick it to Takurain. The more he insults her and demands that she change her ways the more adamant Takurain's refusal to budge an inch and lose face at all. After all that's happened and the stinging words from Krishna asking her if she was even fit to call herself a mother, it hasn't managed to put a chink in her armor or melted her heart enough to consider the love of her son and the pain she has inflicted on him. Instead she is grinding her teeth, flaring her nostrils, rolling her eyes every which way waiting and plotting to turn the tables on Prats. She even came right out and warned Prats that there's more to come, because it ain't over till it's over.
No one's words seems to make a difference. Krishna is in the doghouse in her mind, for he has brought back her archenemy back home. In spite of SS's threats she is now defying his orders and continues to be a royal pain in the neck for SS. His threats and roars are like water off a duck's back to her these days.
Takurain's got KN and Kesamma on her side though they may not know it yet. She may use them and spit on them too. She is one venomous woman and one wonders what scars from her childhood and all the years in an abusive marriage are yet to reveal. Some such women are known to go all out to strike a big blow when one least expects it. It's usually the case of the straw that broke the camel's back. GD was an abused wife too but may have had a happier childhood. Takurain may have to dig a whole lot deeper to find that goodness that is buried at the bottom. She has a lot of work to do to clean up the emotional mess she has built up over the years.
My prediction still holds...as SS continues to up the ante to make SDS pay for her gatiya actions, she will lay in wait and when least expected take her wrath on SS for daring to bring Ganga into the house and threatening her status as Takurain. She has already threatened Ganga to make her life a hell worse than she did to her own bahu if she stuck around. Will Takurain plot in such a way as to have SS be on the receiving end of a body blow while satisfying her cold heart by turning the tables on Prats again?
