Sonakshi creates a ruckus with Daksh, and tells him that he should pay more attention to her than to Naina. She complains to Ayee, that he had promised to go with her for shopping and she waited for him, for more than an hour, sent him so many calls and yet
he ignored her and made her wait. Naina tells her that her anger is justified. Ayee says to Sonakshi that she gets angry very fast, and it is not good for her. She starts ramming on Daksh and blames him, and wants him to take her for a long drive. He says he can not do it. She stubbornly insists that she has to go, and the mother joins her to support her. Daksh says, that it is due to his work, and he has to prepare a case and says that Sonakshi should understand that and he expects at least that much from her. Naina adds her bit, and tells him, that it would be better to take her out. She tells him, to show that he can prove himself to be a good husband. Daksh agrees and takes her out, and Sonakshi comes to Naina, and asks her, if she and Daksh were to fight, whether she would come to solve their problems, and the Ayee finds it a bit out of place, and sends them out on their drive.
Naina ponders on Sonakshi asking her to solve their problem if they had fight between them. She also remembers what Daksh said in a drunken state, that he loved her. Also, how Daksh was so incensed when she was going to change her office, and Sonakshi demanding that he devote his life entirely for her. Naina tries to understand, but comes to the conclusion that the best solution is to shift from the Patwardan place, and calls Sharma to find an apartment with the Office. She then recalls, that Daksh had told her that he will not allow a distance to come between them, but she says, that it is necessary to keep the relationship.
Daksh is in Sonakshi's house, and she complains to her mother that he is not finding the food good. The mother asks him, whether he does not like the food, but he tells her that he is not hungry. Sonakshi says, next time, they would go out for dinner, and the father says, her mother does not like to go out. Father asks Daksh if the wedding plans are
going well, but he tells him, that the family is upset due to Naina, and can not devote their time to this. He says, that he had hoped Sonakshi might have told them that Naina's marriage was called off, and the mother affirms that the scar on Naina would be great. Joshi, does not like his wife taking the side of Naina and says, she is only a paying guest, but Daksh defends her, and says she is a member of the house and a good friend of his. He says he has to go for work, but his daughter prevents him, and Joshi looks at him. Mother invites the whole Patwardan family to come for dinner when he comes next and then Daksh leaves. Joshi goes to comfort Sonakshi, and tells her that she should not speak about Naina and tells her that he does not like to hear any one speak about her. Sonakshi says, that he is closer to Naina, and she does not like it, but the father comforts her and looks at his wife angrily.
This guy is privy to some inner secrets of his wife, and it may be he was involved in the settlement with Diwakar, and knows that she had his child, and then blackmailed her into marrying him, and this could explain his rigid hold over her, and her being uncomfortable about Darjeeling and everything that is connected with it. His daughter too has inherited his trait of blackmailing and on the face she is sweet, but when her terrain comes under threat, she becomes aggressive just like her father, and his wife hides timidly behind her secret, afraid of being exposed. I have a strong feeling that it will be Naina who will confront Joshi and bring him to the ground and rehabilitate her birth mother.
At home Ayee tells Daksh to have coffee. Naina says, that today, the breakfast should be something different, and she brings his favorite dish. They joke and try to make Daksh smile. Then she tells the family, that for some days, she will stay outside. She tells her that she has to meet her broker, and she has to see an apartment on rent. Daksh stares at her. Ayee asks why she is doing this. When Naina said that she wanted to change her office, she had agreed. Naina tells her that she wants to have an apartment close to the office, and she tells her that she is not leaving them, and she will stay in Mumbai, and come to see them often. The mother feels hurt that Naina has felt that this is not her house, and when Naina asks the father to explain to his wife, he too joins and asks why this has to be done. Daksh comes and says that he is leaving, and Naina tries to stop him, but he does not look back. Naina is in a dilemma.
Akruti phones Ayush and tells him to decide, and he threatens her and he warns her to tell Naina. She wants him to give some more time as Naina finds herself in a dilemma ,after her marriage has been called off, and she says, that he should be aware that she too can act tough and he threatens her, and then she turns and sees Naina listening to her conversation.
In the pre-cap, Sonakshi is digging in her comfort, and sees some card and is surprised at its contents.
