hi friends. after reading soo many abhiya ffs in this forum, i am also eager to write one. so here is my ff. hope u'll like it. plz do comment

Destined

As she walked in the lonely corridor with great pain in her soul, a beautiful butterfly passed infront of her. For a moment she forgot her all pain and started chasing it. The butterfly led her near to the Gulmohar tree. The tree was fully blossomed with flame-red flowers.

A heavy wind blew. As she stood there managing the hairs which was kissing her cheeks, the Gulmohar tree started flowering upon her. She found herself dissolving in the mesmerizing occasion. She closed her eyes. Time machine started reeling back….

CHAPTER 1

"To get an admission in Mountaineering Academy in Darjiling"- it was her biggest dream in life. She was always fond of adventures. That too breath taking adventures. Born and brought up in a middle class orthodox family, she fought against all odds to achieve her dream. It was not the place which created hungama in her family, but it was the course.

"What is this mountaineering is all about? Just some crap. Waste of time"

That was the reaction she faced most. As she had already finished her PG, her parents want her to get married. But she was not ready for that. Before satisfying her parents, she wanted to satisfy her inner soul. She wanted to achieve her dream.

At last she succeeded in convincing her family, thanks to her tongue. She started journey towards her dream.

There she stood, infront of the gate which reads 'DARJILING MOUNTAINEERING ACADEMY'. She took a deep breath and stepped inside. A smal breeze embraced her with its open hand. She felt a heavenly beauty about the place…

In the later days she found out that her choice was correct. She felt more attachment to her studies than before. Every day morning she used to leave the hostel early and walk towards the college library. It was a 'walk to remember' as far she is concerned. She loves the way the nature appears infront of her in the early morning. Often she felt that the mountains covered by mist are calling her towards them. She could see Mount Kilimanjaro far away.

Chirping of birds and blossomed flowers often made her stand still. Flowers were everywhere. The days were cold and the sun almost seems to play hide and seek. She felt to scream to the world

" Yes I'm in love… I am deeply in love with this place…"

But at that time she did not know that what the place have kept in stores for her… that place was destined for something else…

It was her second major mountaineering. Even though she had completed several small mountaineering, it was the first major one which showed her real talent. The first one she completed in a record time. That time itself college officials had realized that she is not just a girl, but a person of high willpower. That was the first time in the history of that academy a girl climb u the mountain beating everybody in a record time. So it was expected that she is going to perform well in the second mountaineering also.

She fixed the rope around her body tightly and made sure that everything is there in her back pack. Now she was all set to repeat her victory. But she forgot that some things won't happen twice in the same way….

CHAPTER 2

When she was all set to climb, a staff came with news that principal wanted to see her immediately. With a little bit disappointment and a lot of curiosity, she untied the rope and headed towards principal's rom.

By the time she reached the college, she saw some vehicles parked in the campus.

"It's soo strange. I have never seen these vehicles here before" She thought to herself.

Without wasting much time, she entered into principal's room.

In the room, other than principal there were two more people. One was a middle aged man with a beard. Other one was a young man. She found him to be quite handsome.

"Oh Piya! Come on in."

Principal's exclamation drew others attention towards her. Eventhough she felt a little bit odd, she managed to greet everybody.

Principal: "Well… Piya… I have called you to assign a task"

She looked at the principal skeptically.

Princi: "Meet Mr.Chand and Mr.Abhay, the award winning film makers".

Principal introduced her to everybody and continued.

"Piya, they need your help. They are in the process of making another film. It's theme is related to history"

Principal stopped for a moment and looked at Piya. She was listening to him with widened eyes.

Piya: "Sir, I understand that these people over here want to make a film related to history. But I don't understand where I fit in this whole scenario"

Everybody smiled. This time Abhay gave the reply.

"Miss Piya, I hope you are aware about the significance of Darjeeling and the other parts of Himalaya in the history of India"

Piya nodded her head. Abhay continued

"Well, my new film is based on this theme. It's about a shepherd who revealed to the world about the wisdom contained in Himalayas. This film will be purely shooting in Himalayan region. As this region is in high altitude, we need a best mountaineer who is familiar with the place and who can guide us. So we came here and your principal proposed your name"

Piya looked at principal.

"Sir, I am happy that you have considered my name. But I think I am not eligible for this. They want a person who is familiar with the place. But I don't know much about Himalayan region. So how can I do this?"

"My little girl, it's true that you don't know all the places over here. But I have seen your talent. You know more about jungles and mountains than anyone in this institute. These people over here want the best one and according to me you are the best I can offer at present"

"Sir, it's soo nice of you. But I…"

Piya hesitated.

Abhay: "Piya, this is your destiny. Don't run away from it. I am sure this film is gonna be a landmark in the film history. We can't do this without your help… So tell me, are you in?"

Piya was in a dilemma. After a few moments thought she nodded her head as approval.

Abhay: "Great… Welcome to the team. We should leave by today evening. So be ready, ok?"

Piya: "Double Okay"

At that moment, even though she knew that she is going to make history, she was not knowing that her entire life was going to change because of her one "YES"…
