TOI: Rahil enters MB as a horse rider

Rahil Azam enters Mukti Bandhan

Neha Maheshwri, TNN | Jul 11, 2011, 02.05pm ISTAfter his stint in Gulaal, Rahil Azam is now set to enter Colors' Mukti Bandhan.

He will play Jimmy, a horse caretaker. Rahil's character will be pivotal to the track as he will apparently fall in love with IM Virani's daughter Nirali, against the wish of the patriarch IM. Known for his business astute and nasty ways to handle problems and detractors, IM will not take kindly to Nirali's affair with Jimmy. He will be angered with his daughter's choice as Jimmy is just an employee with Viranis.

A fearless Jimmy will later go on to challenge IM Virani and will apparently get bumped off eventually by the latter. This again is expected to be a cameo from the actor. When contacted, Rahil said, "It's a bit early to talk about the track. All I can say is that its yet another creative addition to my body of work. I have just started shooting." The character of Jimmy was earlier essayed by actor Sumedh.
