Last week there was a promo- where Navya was seen thinking of how she could bring her family and Anant together to celebrate her birhtday - I thought it would be an extremely interesting idea, a modern forward looking idea. If the CVs can do it - it would be a great success.
In doing so - Anant will see how wonderful/ traditional-modern/ affectionate is Navya's family (it would make him realise that not all family's are like his family). Also this would be a grand opportunity for Navya's family to see Navya's college friends (Appy, Ritz, Ranvir and ofcourse Anant) male and female. Her parents later, would be appreciative of Anant (in comparison to Navya's brother-in-law) - it also gives a positive message to the parents of the new generation "Come to know who your children's associates are"
The CVs could plan a birthday, where Navya is able to convince her parents of inviting her college friends.
What do you all think of such a progressive and brave approach for the 'Brave New World" and the New Incredible India?

Great idea...It will b good if Navya can bring her male friends also to her house and introduce to her parents...

But, Do you really think it is possible? Do you forget the 1st episode of Navya when her dad dragged her from college? Navya's family may be modern in comparison with the zoological housemates...Still, they are not too modern to appreciate male friends for Navya...They are very traditional when it comes to their daughter's life...Remember the hungama dadi did when Navya asked permission for picnic...Elder daughter Renuka got married when she was 19...So, the parents will be planning something similar for her also...They are so traditional that they are'nt even bothered about their daughter's career also...
Ur idea match the show's tag line, Nayi soch Nayi Dhadkan...Hope the show makers get some inspiration form ur post...

Brand new world...A very interesting title..and the post is very thought provoking too😊.👏.
It really goes in line with teh NAyi Soch tag line for the show.
It would be great if CV's could find a slotuion for this infamous situation in the live's of youngsters..
"Come to know who your children's associates are"

I have always believed that it would be great if families know abt your friends and be appreciative of both male and female friends in todays time😊..If NAvya(show) can showcase how , the youngsters can get the families and friends together , it would be a really great.😛...As much as i hope this should happen..I will not raise my hopes though
A very nice post..👍🏼

Last week there was a promo- where Navya was seen thinking of how she could bring her family and Anant together to celebrate her birhtday - I thought it would be an extremely interesting idea, a modern forward looking idea. If the CVs can do it - it would be a great success. ...so well said, the same thoughts ran through my mind...i was remembering some of the bigtime affairs of my college friends and my current colleagues watching the bday spl promo ...n how navyas question leaves a lot to be answered, that too by the cvs who have brought us to this question...
how the CVs portray the forthcoming interactions between Anya, ananth n navyas family will make a big difference between the show turning into a 'same old hindi soap' or 'something sensible and close to reality'. If they bring the shitster track back and create misunderstandings between Anya in the name of family values, then it wud be a big let down n seeing rama n her wicked ways and how ananth has almost fallen into her trap, looks like there cud be serious issues for ananth back home after the party is over!!!
...also something that struck me in yesdays episode was the mother- daughter convo ...wherein navya comes back after her coffee with ananth (ritz on the sly) gets cancelled n her mom says...u shudnt trust such friends a lot...n navya too said ya...it cud have been teasingly, but then if interpolated into the anya current status, how wud navyas mom react to her n ananth??
as it is navya is hiding a lot from her parents...her parents are so adorable but they sure are going to object as smitsidren said rightly...
also, its not so easy to live in a close knit family like navyas and get away without any of the members noticing the sadness and the near heart-break that Navya went thru...of course, there were times when her brother, daadi commented, but i was almost expecting her mom to catch her, esp during the roka drama...
such ignorance can definitely be expected from the looney creepster clan...living in quila, no one cares much about feelings and stuff as long as the papamparas are intact, by hook or by crook.
Her parents later, would be appreciative of Anant (in comparison to Navya's brother-in-law) - it also gives a positive message to the parents of the new generation "Come to know who your children's associates are"
The CVs could plan a birthday, where Navya is able to convince her parents of inviting her college friends. ...its all in the hands of the cvs...n since much of the audience is the younger crowd who have or are going thru Anya type phases in love, or are seeing some of their close friends/ relatives going thru similar situations, the cvs need to be careful in how they draw the story ahead...whether it cud be the same old story of breakup, marriage under pressure n sacrifices in the name of family..i really wish ananths wud somehow end up at navya's family party through some pleasant situation n then navya reveals it to her mom atleast ...rather than them coming to know abt anya thru other sources...cud be college or shitster no 1...shes capable of doing anything...remember the shitsters managed to get ananths cell n navyas no from it...n wish ananth knows that his freak bhabhi did threaten navya once upon a time!!!
What do you all think of such a progressive and brave approach for the 'Brave New World" and the New Incredible India?...really waiting to see how team navya approaches this sensitive issue for teens...n more hope they meet the expectations audiences have from this show...apart from anya being together!

@Supria.. Loved your reply👏..
Really..we have a lot of expectations form this show..we need it to be different, we need to be more realistic..I just hope CV's make a sincere effort towards meeting some of our expectations..if not all..
