I thought of that too when he is shocked to see the car go past him and then Khushi tells him that Akash dropped her off.

i think he might somehow be connected with the murder of Arnav's mum.😊

ok here is another scenario: what if shyam was aSR's cousin (son of the uncle that mistreated him and kicked him and his sister out in childhood).. te it would be like a competition for khushi
