What are your favorite foreign films?
Foreign as in, from an entirely different country/industry, or from the same country but in a different language, etc etc.

"The lives of Others", "Machuca", "The Maid", "Four Months Three Weeks and Two Days", "In the Mood for Love", "Days of Glory", "All About My Mother", "Edge of Heaven", "Waltz With Bashir", "Band's Visit", "Inch'allah Dimanche", "Rachida"

PS - These are not Hollywood films. Most of them are second world and third world cinema that are different from first world films. Two absolute must from the above list are "In the Mood for Love" and "Four Months Three Weeks and Two Days"...The first one is a Chinese film (highly acclaimed, & breathtakingly beautiful...it left me stunned). The latter is hard hitting, Romanian film (graphic too...It hit me hard).
