the best thing to do would be for Ash to opt out of Heroine and pay madhur the cost of production, as it is a hindrance, and since she got pregnant just before/while shooting for Heroine..

Ash cannot sue Madhur...she knows she's in the wrong here...what is this BS about her not having agreed to item songs and other stuff...aren't item songs inherent in bollywood? and what about fixed dates that she gave? Aren't they still shooting ra one? don 2? mausam? movies shoots change... things happen...that's the norm...what created this whole ongoing drama is simply the fact that she withheld a crucial information from the producers/director.
Has anyone thought of the fact that she would have been needed during promotion, since the movie centers around her? and if she had to take care of the baby that would have caused some conflicts...
Remember Kajol had to miss the promotion of WAF and Kareena took over...and this did not cause an issue because KJO knew in ADVANCE that SHE WAS PREGNANT...in other words, KAJOL was professional...
whereas ASH just said "I'm giving you these dates and that's it" knowing full well why...but she forgot that It's also her responsibility to promote the movie... So it's normal for Madhur to feel cheated somehow...
I mean, what was ASH thinking signing this movie knowing full well she was pregnant and not taking into consideration all the responsibilities involved during and beyond the shoot of A SOLO HEROINE oriented movie...some of them that would clash with her maternal duties? I still can't figure it out!
