Looks like Ash is still ready to do the movie but UTV is trying to teach her (and Bachchans in general) a professional lesson. I am all for it.

Looks like Heroine is one of those most cherished projects of a director. So what is the problem if Madhur wants a glamorous actor because when a movie is titled Heroine and is based on good/bad world of bollywood, the main lead would by default be expected to do some glamorous stuff, item numbers, smoking scenes etc. This is what bollywood is made up of. Who knows this better than Bachchans. Was Ash kidding when she thought she could do all this while being preggers? Having a baby is such a blessing in life and I wish Ash a beautiful and healthy baby. But this is no reason to dupe or cheat her colleagues for some heroic opportunities. Though 4-5 crores is a huge loss for anybody, people are saying that UTV is a big production house and 4-5 crores will not matter to them. I highly doubt that. Even if it is a small amount, I would say make Ash pay for it or anyways her professional image has been damaged. This will serve as a lesson to Bachchans that the whole world does not revolves around their priorities and image gimmicks.

Here we go... Madhur Bhandarkar and his nautanki... Get over it man... 5 crores is not a that big of an amount for a big production house like UTV that itna shock mein hai Madhur...Move on to the next project...or just take break ( LOL... Someone in this forum will be mighty happy if you do that 😆)

I did sympathise with him in the beginning but now he really needs to get over it... I did mention in my other post that I do agree that Ash was not very professional by keeping the director/producer out of the loop but now looking at more reports coming out coming out Madhur too is no less...

Intially what was meant to be a 2 month shoot was extended to a 6 month shoot... Added to that script changes, Items songs etc ... Of course even Madhur too is not dhoodh se dhula hua...

Frankly Bollywood shld go thru a revamp and start having strict clauses and strict actions too if the clauses are broken... That way there are no surprises to the actors nor to the directors...
