Yes I understood niki . The problem was I thought you knew me enough to understand that I would never DISMISS your post This came came from a long interaction with you on this very forum. Obviously it was MY MISTAKE. I too know that i did NOT use the word CVS . Henceforth NOT JUST WITH YOU but with ALL I will use the word CVS . It w ill be BEST to be this formal only .as it will avoid MISUNDERSTANDINGs of such a nature .. Thanks for pointing it out . And yeah , thanks for 'accepting' my answer .

to all those who think varsha is a selfish woman, obbessed woman, unfit mother.. And those who think Varsha took advantage of archana, never thought of her happiness, baby stealer.. And think archana action of giving up baby was for baby's BENEFIT… my question:What would archana's reaction be if varsha or ashna or anyone asked to borrow MANAV for one day, hour, minute, second? Would she give him up like she did soham?

Yes she would . If she gave him up to Shravani , why not Varsha ? Varsha is her sister whom she ADORES . And after that , Varsha would be accused of being a husband stealer .

Tiya I think Varsha wud have made a good mother . She would have fulfilled the PROVIDE and PROTECT function well .

The only snag is if she would get a child of her own and become like Vaishu later on ...THEY ALL r whimsical and rather selfish as occasion demands it . But since she was diagnoised as incapable of being a mom , I had thought she wud do very well with Soham .

With Archana I have tremendous doubts about Soham's care .

forget the whole shravni thing, kools. Say, if ashna, who is her "close" friend says can I borrow manav for one day to feel husba ndly LOVE.. Or varsha said, I want manav only.. What will she do? Give him up?? I don't think so.. She "loves" manav na? so why give up soham? and on top of that, give him up the second time due to baby crying.. what BS. in both situations, she didnt ask MANAV's opinion who i thought WANTED to keep his son..

.if varsha is obbessed, then archana has MADE her that way.. Yes, varsha craves a child, all the more reason to keep soham away from her….

but I agree with you in that, varsha is a GOOD MOTHER.. Being obbessed or selfish has NOTHING to do with whom soham should be with… I mean LOOK at "giving" archana. Varsha GENUINELY loves the child. Also, if varsha were to have her own child I DON'T think, she would have differentiated them... look at how she told vaishu not to treat varun badly... plus, she has the INSTINCTS that archana never had: feeling that soham was crying!! it is PURELY archana's blunder that she MADE varsha obbessed by giving in to her wishes... sometimes TOUGH LOVE is needed.. a concept that is alien to archana. archana should think of HER HUSBAND ( who hated that archu decided to give away soham), and HER FAMILY...this whole fiasco is ARCHANA's FAULT.. Now the best thing would be if soham stays with varsha, HIS MOTHER

Yup . That is exactly what i felt ...these very words . What BS . Child cries and u give it away . Sister asks and u give it away . Sister cries so u give it away . What BULL . What utter , utter , BULL . HOW can it be justified ? What big SOCH and DECISIOn MAKING was it ?

One day child stays with u , cries a little and u give it away saying ur thinking in his 'interests' ?

With this logic all mothers shud give children away to the nannies who can quieten them better perhaps as their expertise lies in this field only .

She , Archana started this and Satish ended it or it wud have gone on to become a bigger mess . Left to Archana this mess would have become a MIRE .

I have found Archana extremely unappealing as a mother so far . After remarraige she showed zero interest in Sachu , then in first pregnancy she gave child away in first trimester , she showed ZERO interest in taking care of it but a tremendous pregnancy hormonal appetite for romance , then after miscarraige she gave second child away on the flimsiest of reasons and did not bother about taking him back for 3 years . Then when she had him for one day she decides its BEST to give him BACK coz he CRIES A LOT for his OTHER MOM . Nor was her handling of two children impressive . Yes , many were of the opinion that it happens all the time , but I did find it unimpressive . She really does not seem to be good mother material . Varsha was better than her . Thats the impression I got as I observed both women .

not that i excuse manav, but he has been kicked one too many times and has resigned to do WHATEVER archana wants..

actually kools, my sister was with my aunt (mom' sis) for TWO years of her life as my dad wasnt there and mom was busy with me and job.. when we left india, my sister CRIED on the airport and afterwards.. my point is, my mom didnt say "oh lets leave my sister with aunt", she coped, it hurt that my sister was asking for another woman (albeit sister).. but seeing that, what archana Did and DOES, makes my BLOOD BOIL.. to be very honest.. what she did and does (giving kids away) is an INSULT to everymother out there..

i am NOT glorifying varsha.. she is BAD TOO... but having, had the kid and then to have given it away, cheapens MOTHER

tiya my sister's son lived with my mom ...his grandmom . He used to cry for DAYS when my sister took him away for schooling ...he would spend vacations with my mother and HATED going to an empty flat to a servant who took care of him as my sister worked in a bank and reached home two hours after he came from school . He missed the homely atmosphere at grandma's in vacation time ...the hot meals served by her , her love as against the servant's professional unemotional attitude etc . But my sister did not give him up forever when he cried bitterly . These were majbooris that were temporary ...they wud be conquered with time . Later he stopped , grew used to my sister's job schedule and adjusted very well .

The way Archana has sidelined Manav is simply unacceptable . Its EXACTLY the way Varsha sidelined Satish in abortion issue .

If she TRULY loved Manav she would never take his happiness away and give it to her sister .

The right thing for CVS to show would be to STOP making Manav Archana's yes man .

The right thing wud be to show him ANGRY with her .

To NOT come home early anymore and spend time in office .

Till She understood WHAT SHE GAVE AWAY .

A pretty face and an evergreen appetite for romance does not bring a man home early daily . Romance with same person day in and day out becomes BORING .

MORE is needed to sustain a marraige . Children DO help . When u deliberately give them away , ur marraige becomes DEAD .

Very true, I hope Manav lectures Archana. Kool Di, while I was writing today's update, I found today's ArMan romance pretty boring and unnecessary. I hope Archana gets punished by Manav when she gives her baby away to Varsha. I won't be surprised if Savita blasts Archana if she lets Varsha have her baby. In fact, I would love it if Savita did this. Manav should back his mom on this.
