sorry for the late update-i wasnt able to watch the episode yeasterday
here goes the update

The episode begins with Akshay and Manjiri arguing over Manjiri talking to Tushaar,Manjiri says she had no intrest in sharing her happiness with Tushaar,but it was only beacuse Akshay had to time for her and was busy with Raashi.Akshay tells her it was because of work,but Manjiri tells him how she too was talking about work to Tushaar,and she came to know that he offered him the shares of his company.Akshay turns his back to her but Manjiri shouts at him over making such a descisoon over his dream project and not even telling her of it.She turns Akshay only to see a gift on the table.Manjiri asks Akshay if the girfts for her?,Akshay teases her and says no its for him.She opens the gift and finds a Transistor and realises that Akshay has made food too.Akshay tells her the food is just like how he used to make in the cafe,and he thought they wouil sit in the rain,listen to the repated telecast of Yeh Ishq Haaye just like how they used to do in Agra.Manjiri says its the best gift she has ever gotten,but Akshay reminds her it was the biggest day of her life.Manjiri asks him that if he really cared he would have talked to her while in office and not ignored him.Akshay tells her that the clients came to know of the Jail matter and he was handeling that issude,and apaologises.Manjiri apologises too.Akshay says that beacuse they are such good friends they expect to know what the other person thinks,Manjiri hopes such a day will come.That moment they get a call from Sam telling them that Ranbir has called an urgent meeting at 9,Akshay and Manjiri realise it maybe of a serious matter as every single person is called.At office there is a small romantic moment between JC and Sam(LOL...Mallika gayi nahi ke JC badal gayi!).
The next day Akshay and Manjiri get out of the car.Manjiri says everything has changed so much,they started as struglers in this office and are now doing well.Akshay says nothing has changed,he is still the same Akshay from Agra but only his success has made him more ambitious and he want to achive his dream at any cost.Manjiri is kind of hurt to see no mention of herself in Akshays life.They leave for the lift where they meet Tushaar.Tushaar talks to Manjiri making Akshay get really Angry,so he sends Manjiri o her own through the lift.Akshay asks Tushar why has he come here Tushaar says that he has come to see the office and help now that he is a partner.Akshay tells him its none of his business and asks him to leave,but Akshay realises that Tushaar doesnt have the right intentions.
In the office Manjiri notices Mallika on the phone trying to talk to someone,Manjiri realises that maybe she is trying to do something wrong again.,She walks upto her,that moment Akshay calls out for Manjiri and Mallika hides.Manjiri asks where Tushaar is Akshay tells her hell tell her about it once he reaches inside.Mallika comes out after Akshay Manjiri leaves and wonders why Tushaar hasnt arrived as yet.Manjiri asks Akshay about Tushaar,he tells her that he wasnt talking properly,and by the looks of it nothing seems right.Akshay says he wont allow his dream project to get spoilt and will get his shareholding back even if it means doing something wrong.Manjiri is worried for him,but Akshay tells her he is tired of being the good guy and being taken advantage of again and again.How he saved Kabir only to get involved with Tushaar and being forced to give him his shares.He says that he has to answer peoples questions now.He says it is all Manjiris fault for going and asking Tushaar for help in the first place,he shouts at Manjiri and says that he doesnt need her help or adive and neither help from Ranbir and leaves.Manjiri is hurt.
In the office everyone is waiting for Ranbir,he finally arrives and tells them he has a very improtant annoucement to make that has affected him badly and he hopes doesnt affect everyone elese.Manjiri and Akshay ask what is the matter.Ranbir tells them that all of his projects including Radio Mumbai and the chain of cafes,have been sold by him.Everyone is shocked.
