In the hotel where the engagement party takes place, Akruti hears the name of Ayush being called, and the photographer wants to take a family picture. Akruti turns her
head and sees him, and is astonished to note that he is Mansi's future bridegroom. At first she hesitates, then takes courage, and moves forward to take a closer look at him. When she confirms that there has not been any mistake, she goes to a corner, and rings his number which sends its alarm in the pocket of Ayush, the bridegroom. At first he swtiches the call off. But Akruti rings again, and when the mobile rings, he is told to take the call, as it may be someone who wants to wish him. Ayush sees that the call is from Akruti and he starts being rough on her, and tells her that he is annoying him. Eventually, they come face to face, as Akruti steps from the hiding place, and confronts him. There is an argument, and Ayush still drives her mad by being arrogant, and implying that she is the one without character, who slept with him, and he does not want to marry a girl who is not a "Virgin". He taunts her that she would not be interested in handling his marriage any more.
Abhi comes to meet Naina, and she tells him, that she has something important t o tell him. She presumes that his mother knows it, but she wants him to know too. He
takes the letter out from his pocket, and shows whether this is what she wanted to show or tell. He tells her that he does not mind it. But Naina asks him, how he got the letter which she had written to his mother. She asks him, if she has read it, and Abhi gives an evasive answer, which is a typical shielding of truth, to benefit himself, and it may prove costly to him. Naina it happy, that a burden has been removed from her, and Abhi tells her that he will tell his mother to keep in confidential, between the three of them but she says loudly, that she wants to share it with Daksh, and runs to her mobile, Abhi watching her with some alarm. She sends him an SMS, which falls in the wrong hands of Sonakshi, as their telephones have been exchanged on the way. She is intrigued to know who this Naina is.
Daksh is in Darjeeling, at Anjali's place, and when he says he will move out to a hotel she tells her to stay in their guest room, and Radha prepares it for him, and he spends the night at their place. He gets a call from Sonakshi, who tells him, that there was a SMS from Naina, and when he repeats her name, Anjali hears and is pleased. Daksh and Sonakshi agree to meet at the coffee shop, and get their mobiles back. In the morning, Daksh plans to leave Darjeeling and go back to Mumbai, and calls Sonakshi but she is not able to meet him, so they plan to meet in Mumbai.
When Akruti comes home, she slumps on her bed, and starts crying. Naina passes her room, and sees that she is very upset, so she enters and tries to comfort her. Here too Akruti shields the truth, from Naina, and leaves her with a false impression, but Naina promises her that Daksh will handle the matter with Ayush. Will it be in court? Naina spreads a blanket on top of Akruti and tells her to go to sleep and rest.
In the morning, Daksh has come home, and his mother greets him, and they are all
happy, that he has come back. No one knows the mission, and that too is a matter of shielding the truth, so that others are not affected, but that itself is to bring grief to many. Abhi is the first to greet Daksh, and he is very upbeat, and all smiles. He wants to tell him some good news, but he is interrupted by the ebullient Naina, who spots them and is please to see Daksh and comes running and hugs him, and says, that she feels good to have him back. This signals a bad omen for Abhi, who is still not sure, of Naina's loyalty to him. One side, he has hidden the truth from his mother, and the other side, he is not sure, if Naina is a reliable character, after knowing her background. He appears as if he has seen a ghost.

Minoo Tai and Vibha are also happy and and tells that she inquired from the pandit, that 12th is an auspicious day, and Vibha says to have the preliminary Sakarpura ceremony, (I do not know what I heard is right, please correct me) but Minoo says, they can go straight to the marriage ceremony. All want to jump into the ravine of uncertainty and darkness. The price of hiding important truths from one another.
