Before all you people take an offensive stand, please read the post. I havent watched any Ratan shows so far except a few episodes of her Swayamvar and found it overly dramatic. But at the same time, its kind of sad to see everyone against her. I'm not saying she is entirely right in what she's doing but then at the end of the day, all she is doing is getting married in her own terms. The "dulhas" decided upon their free will to bear her dramatic tantrums so if anyone is to blamed for their pitiful condition is themselves. Lastly, about her swayamvar being fake then we cant decide until she herself pulls out, I mean Rahul did get married didn't he? but if it turns out to be fakethen bash her all you want. So people watch the show and enjoy the drama. Forget everything and laugh, after all its one of the best comedies we have seen after a very long time.
I don't love or hate Ratan and suggest you do the same, thats when you will be able to like Ratan Ka Rishta!

P.S: My favorite episode was the one she had a fight with Shoib in, the dialogues said by both parties was so heavily dramatic.

It's not like we have something personally against her or her marriage. We wish the best for her. If you see our posts, we mostly criticize Ratan's temper tantrums and her hypocrisy in the matter of dealing with her grooms. Moreover, her choice of grooms leaves much to be desired.

If she does get married, well and good. We anticipate that. But, looking at her dulhas, can you imagine her being happily married in the future? And don't even get me started on the gimmicks Imagine is doing to increase TRP's. Ratan is in cahoots with the channel and eliminating grooms by creating some heavy drama. What that poor girl fails to realize is...she is making the most important decision of her life in a playful, nay, immature way. If there was some meaningful criteria for choosing her life partner, we would appreciate that. But all we have here is pure comedy, timepass, entertainment. And that is sad.😳

Yeah honestly, I kind of really think Ratan's a sweet girl. She has been behaving very nicely and properly and this is a MUCH better Swayamvar (more genuine in approach) than Rakhi Sawant.

After Rakhi ka Swayamvar, everyone looks more healthy and sane.

And I think Ratan looks like a genuine person...so I wish her all the best. But there is no reason to hate her.

SERIOUSLY NONE.

those who all talk about ratan ...one thing we should know...she is getting 4 cores for this show. that is almost one million US dollars, with is few weeks. 😲

if a person can become a millionaire that too with in weeks what is wrong in marrying man even if he is fit for nothing😆...later if she want she can divorce him and get married with a suitable guy. now a days divorce and second marriage are not at all big deals that too if we are in acting field...😉

I totally agree. We are no one to judge anyone. Its her life. Whether she chooses to get married on national TV or privately in her own home its her life. We also have choices to either shut up watch and enjoy or just don't watch at all. Yes, you can make some constructive criticism but judging, bashing and accusing is totally wrong. We don't know if this is real or fake show, we don't know if Ratan really wants to marry, she may. We don't know who picked all the guys her or the production house, we don't know anything that happens behind the scenes. Nor do we know what Ratan is feeling. We are shown and edited version of the show, which actually may not be really what is happening but to spice up things they show us clips and reactions that were not even their. That is the trick in all reality shows. And you bring out a good point, Rahul and Dimpy are still married, that may just say something about how real or fake this really is. If we don't have the right to advise Ratan we don't have the right to judge her. So wish her the best and hope that she has a great life with whom ever she marries. I wonder if people would have the same reaction if the person getting married on the show would be non-celebrity person. Almost like US show the bachelorette or the bachelor. Then what would people have to say?? I think if Imagine is going to do this again, they should pick a non-celebrity and see what happens. We have to remember not everyone is the same, their values are not the same, not their personality is the same, not their thinking. What may be wrong to one person may be right to another. Its called POV, and if in Ratan's POV if this is what she wants then so be it.

If I am not mistaking, divorce still leaves a stamp on a woman in indian culture. The genuine person she (Ratan) is, coming from a middle class family from Bihar, I don't think that she actually sees this as an option. I know people think she is stupid, but she is not. She is quite samajdaar and she knows exactly what she is getting herself into. I know that in Bollywood girls do a LOT to earn fame and name, but none has actually married on a show. I think it really takes a lot of courage to do it. All those superstars rather have sexual intercourse with big rich men in secret, then doing this. And I am 100% sure that Ratan has also gotten this dirty option, but she didn't choose that. She rather chose this option to earn money. It's not that she will sleep with someone for 4 crores, she's getting married. If she only gets engaged, and then breaks it off, we can say she did it for money.

The genuine person she (Ratan) is,...🤣 coming from a middle class family from Bihar, I don't think that she actually sees this as an option. that is what your understanding...i have no right to change it...😃
I know people think she is stupid, but i don't think so...my understanding is that she is super smart...other wise she would have given dowry and got married with a middle class boy as 99% middle class girls do...but she is not. OBVIOUSLY 😆She is quite samajdaar and she knows exactly what she is getting herself into.
I know that in Bollywood girls do a LOT to earn fame and name, but none has actually married on a show. cus this show started only two years back...😆 she is the third one...😛
I think it really takes a lot of courage to do it. very true😃 ...to earn million dollars with in few weeks there should be lot of courage 😆 she was not the only one who approached for this show...before her vivek oberoi, cricket player sreenath etc ...were aproched.( we can find lot of articles on google saying this information) but poor guys they don't have the courage to take this show 😆
All those superstars rather have sexual intercourse with big rich men in secret, then doing this. And I am 100% sure that Ratan has also gotten this dirty option,lol...😆 as we all know rich men will not shower money on girls who don't have sexual appeal.just for few thousands when they can get beautiful sexy girls at their door ...are they mad to spend millions for ratan like girls...😆i don't think so ...that is what my under standing..😆.
but she didn't choose that. She rather chose this option to earn money. certainly very gud option for her 😃
It's not that she will sleep with someone for 4 crores, she's getting married. If she only gets engaged, and then breaks it off, we can say she did it for money yeh tho samai hi batayeh ga... 😆.

@ Shumi What's up with your negative views on Ratan? Believe me, I have been introduced to the world of those kind of men who want girls for sexual intercourse in Bollywood. They don't care how you look. You can not google this, you can only experience this. Besides, I don't think any guy cares how you look if you give him THAT.
India mein bohut se log hai joh paise ke liye sab kuch karte hai. I have seen worse things than Swayamvar. As the title says, cut her some slack. Stop b*tching on her, and just respect for what she does. It doesn't matter if that totally goes against your own principles. If you want to b*tch about people who earn money the 'fast way', I think you'll have a blast focusing on indian politics :)
