Epi starts with dadi not accepting with harsuk's decision and says its vijay who is right and harsuk is wrong ... wen dada ji gives the letter to her after she reads this she says she supports which is correct and supports his elder son .. al r shocked ... dadi also tells laxmi for success its not the certificates its help the real time xperience and learning helps in a business
Next day vijay comes and tells laxmi she has to come to office there is an annual meeting with sales & another dept ... also taunts saying every one needs to know about harsuk's decision (who the person is incharge is...) shobna taunts laxmi are u scared in going to the office ...
laxmi is hesitant .. little bit scared and in a dilema .. den dadi takes laxmi to gandhi ji photo and tells her that he has nothing and he is the one who sared the english to run away from the country ... wen he has taken responsibility of a country cant u take a responsibility of a company ...laxmi says yes ...

laxmi takes the blessings of dada ji dadi and MIL and leaves ..
suraj approaches to a lawyer for advise since he needs money for his film ... he wants to file a case for his property for which lawyer says its not a good idea ..
if he does that he will be at loss and needs loot of money for the case and might take years fighting against .. it ..
he also suggests since laxmi has power has attorney he can talk to her and get his part of property since laxmi is still his wife ...

Laxmi, Parag, vijay reaches the office .. parag intorduces to everyone at office and tells in absence of harsuk laxmi is responsible for all decision making .. they go to the conference room
parag starts xplaining to one of the staff to give laxmi all the details of the wrk and company as she is taking the place of harsuk and all (in english) .. parag sees laxmi and suddenly stops
and asks her to seat in the chair wen she was about to sit .. vijay tells earlier this is where harsuk used to sit ... laxmi takes anther one next to it and prefers to sit in that ...

laxmi tells the people in the room that she os just here as representative for harsuk in his absence and nt to take his place .. she also says since she is here and they al have to kn abt her ..
she says she is just 7th pass and she cant speak english so she speaks in hindi ... and she also says she is just like one of them like an employee and not owner .. she says we all have to take the company to the heights of success with every one support..
every one are impressed with laxmi ... and starts the meeting ... there is a defetive bath of material and they have 50 lakh loss for this .. vijay tells to remove the supervisor under whom this is done and also asks to put the complete stuff in 10%discount market
where the complete will be sold .. laxmi objects saying this is wrong .. for which vijay asks how much xperience u have in doing a business .laxmi answers him saying that she has no experience in this field bt as a normal household she buys the products of purohit's company becoz of the
quality and if she find fault in quallity .. it wil be loss for the business ... just thinking for lakh's rupees loss they might actualy lose crore's of rupees business .. parag accepts with laxmi and all others ..
they also say that harsuk has given business in right hands and they al believe now in his decision ...
suddenly suraj walks in to the room with angry and asks laxmi to take a cheque and sign for him .. vijay asks everone to leave the room and laxmi tries to tell thin this is nt the time to talk about his part and vijay ask him why is he asking for his share and tells him he wil give how much money he wants ..
even parag also tells him this is not the way and time tells him to come to his cabin and taken how much money he wants .. for which laxmi refuses and denies giving money for suraj ...
