Hi friends,
A lot has been said n written about Krishna , so I thought I would write something on Pratigya , our leading lady…………..this is just a small brief of her journey upto the turning point in her life, her SR with her love n husband krishna...
She is a simple girl but extremely complex bec she keeps her emotions to herself………….the intent is simple, not to hurt her loved ones…………..but when her heart suffers intolerable pain she lets all the pain out, either by crying or by fighting back or by lashing out in a mild manner………….so we saw her, getting angad arrested for mis behaving , n we knew that she won't tolerate crap from anybody………….we saw that although brave she was scared of her stalker n wanted her family not to suffer the tension n fear n she tried to confront him , but alas, as destiny have it, she never met him , but he met her, again n again, a firm notion of her love planted in his mind…………..and when they finally met each other , she was shell shocked, disbelieving that a man could go to such lengths to have her…………………..her shock n disbelief turned to anger n hatred when he planned to put her brother in jail n also the public humiliation of her father n family……………..her hatred turned to revulsion n a feeling of revenge when she was kidnapped and had to spend a whole day n night always fearing for her life n honor , thinking about her family………..in short a whole day n night in living hell………..she escaped from there , utterly shattered , bec she never would have imagined that she would be undergoing such pain n humiliation by the hands of the man who claimed to love her………..she had made a resolve, a resolve to put an end to this madness, to put n end to the suffering of her father n family ………………..but before she could think through her brother took a drastic step which would have resulted in his death too , n she finally confronted that man who wanted her at any cost n accepted to be his wife…………
Now the next phase begins…………….she lost no time in telling that man that she never loved him n she will never love him either…………she married him only bec he had not left any option for her n she wanted to save her family………….but the man dismissed it as her 'nakhras' …………..she grew puzzled n her hatred increased ……n she helped the only relation which she valued there as that of a sister, by helping her to come out of her slavery, all the time ignoring him……..but after the honeymoon , when he had pushed her away with out tearing her honor, after attempting to force himself on her, n she, out of sheer hatred n revulsion had challenged him to take her body but not her love( a point must be noted that she was so helpless in front of K, but she disarmed him even then with her sheer will n bravery thus never relenting to his forceful love n guarded her honor ) , she was shocked n surprised, which increased when his hand involuntarily came up to protect her head from banging on to the front seat of their car…………she had accused of his love being false, n now she started having diff thoughts about his intentions………… she saw that he was not that bad when he helped her rescue a life………..but alas, circumstances n his stupidity n stubbornness n threats forced her to lie n there came a time when she simply couldn't betray her heart any longer n she blurted out the truth in front of all……………and the man, her husband, instead of acknowledging his mistake, publically humiliated her , n slapped her……………..she left his home, in rightful need to secure her self respect…………..
Now the next phase……………..the man came n literally kidnapped her, manhandled her n took her home………………but she refused to relent, to lay down her self respect n he was left frustrated…………then the miracle happened, she saw his friends whom she thought to be bad as him , actually turned out to be too good that she cried , socked in their love n respect………..n her attitude towards the man who had made her life hell slowly started changing n she talked to him for the first time, opening her heart………….the pain of not having anyone to turn to, not having anyone to share her happiness n pain poured out of her heart n he promised her all the happiness in the world n she looked at him seeing him in a diff light……………her good heart, kind n compassionate, saw his innocence n she started appreciating it, without her knowledge……………n then came the revelation of the kidnapping incident, which left her shocked n she felt a small feeling of remorse for treating him as an enemy……….but her family made her swear never to reveal the kidnapping incident to him as they feared his reaction………….n she reluctantly agreed………..
She returned home with him , ready to give him a chance n she offered friendship to him to which he reluctantly agreed……………..slowly her heart began to accept him all through her father's imprisonment n court case, even with out her knowledge…………….she smiled to him often, n her smile lingered on her lips after he left the room also…………..but then came a situation where she had to save her father n she told the truth about her kidnapping in a way so that her oath is also not broken n he heard the truth also like she wanted………………n for the first time, her priority changed………………she walked along with him , her heart paining to see his pain, but was rudely called back by her family to rejoice in her father's freedom………………..n she half heartedly participated in their happiness, her heart elsewhere………..n she chose to go forward as she knew then where her destiny lay……………n she came back to him only to be humiliated by his family……………..n she was completely shaken n broken…………….then he came, n he called her 'his wife'……………n she surrendered her heart to him then n there, without any thought………not even knowing that her heart is gone……but when he admitted that he don't want her anymore n only supported her bec that was his duty, she was shattered…..n she experienced his pain as her own pain, making her restless……………………..n she didn't know why she was feeling his pain until kesar told her that its ur love for him………….n then when he disappeared her heart n soul earned for him, her need far more than that of his family who claimed to love him more than anything………..
she was physically abused, locked up in her room for attempting to find him but she fought all n found him encountering death itself……………n she clearly asked him to return to his home not for her but for his family who she knew cared much less for him …………..n she saw the depth of his love when he sucked death out of her n got affected by it instead………………….she endured all ill words directed at her, all abuses n curses n brought him back to her, his life ,with her love…………………only to encounter his anger mingled with a stubborn hatred……………..she persisted with him , taking all his taunts n accusations n tortures meekly , for now she was in love with him n a feeling of remorse made her do anything for him………………….n finally she decided to surrender completely to him , offering herself, which he had earned from the moment he set his eyes upon her……………but he misunderstood her intentions as he was extremely confused n insulted her……………and unable to bear the pain she lashed out at him while declaring her love for him in the process n deciding to leave as she felt that her self respect was being compromised ……………n he calmed down , hearing the truth he had wanted to hear from her for long……………..n he ordered her not to go away , n she heeded his command after assuring that he will be there for her all the way……………..n their journey started…………….
