we don't know the reason or are the rumors just rumors. Is he is really leaving PR because of current track OR is he threatening to leave PR only for a pay rise then i think it would be better if ekta lets him go and wrap up the show. If she gives in then the trend will follow - next will be anki and so on who will threaten and ask for a rise.

Interesting!!! Why employees aren't supposed to ask raise in pay???

Ekta is know to pay peanuts to her employees and binds them with contracts so they can't ask for a hike.
