The self made man

He believes himself to be a self made man. Kismat handed him lemons, and he, on his own, made lemonade. He doesn't feel an ounce of gratitude or indebtedness to anyone for it. So singular is he in his quest to not let anyone get the upperhand over him, he intentionally maligns Khushi to show her how naive she is in her belief of Devi Ma (hello Arnav, your little news leak is what brings her to you, so this thing backfires on you in a good way, just like Devi Ma planned 😆) and then goes off to slap some sense into that buck tooth fool at the shoot. (I do not support violence, but I totally relished those two thappads! and the dialogue)

Obviously, Arnav Raizada has only kept his eyes on his destination, and never bothered to look back or register what kind of wreckage he has left in his race to the top. On that path he has left behind his empathy and compassion. He has only a little corner in his heart for his sister and he does not use that heart for anything else.

Sidenote - I can not wait for Khushi to get to Delhi to hold up a mirror to Arnav Raizada's soul and in the precap, was that Arnav in the rain... OMG *anu swoons, now on the floor*
